The printing process must go through the pre-press, printing and other processes, in which the three processes of film discharge, printing and printing will have a great impact on the deformation of the printed dots. This paper focuses on the reasons for the deformation of the outlets so that control measures can be taken in time.

1. Hair-discharge film: The process of issuing film includes RIP hair-distribution, photo-exposure machine exposure film, rinsing, inspection and other processes. Poor linearization of the hairline film will result in line change, blackout of printing, color deviation of the picture, poor reproduction of the layer, dirty surface, virtual field, and loss of high and low level network points.

2. Printing: The data in the computer is output through the film machine. After printing, the dots will be lost, the dots will become smaller and the phenomenon will appear rough around the dots. In actual production, the film version of the PS version is prone to vain and false, the printing color is unstable, the highlight point is seriously lost, the printed image is not moist, and the flat net is inequitable. The performance of the printing plate on the tone is generally between 3% and 97% (when the number of screen lines is 1751Pi), the loss of high light and dark tone caused by light scattering during exposure is serious, and the mid-tone dot is also inevitable. phenomenon.

3. Printing: The printing link has the most obvious influence on the outlets. Due to the complicated printing process and the difficult control of the conditions, the following factors can be used to understand the impact on the dot changes. First, the ink affects the transfer of the dots. The ink is squeezed between the printing plate and the blanket, and then squeezed between the blanket and the paper. The formed ink layer is usually very thin. If the ink layer is thick, the dots will occur. The problem of expansion; the second is that the reduction of the dot needs to pass the pressure of the ink roller, and the pressure of the ink roller directly affects the transfer of the ink. Therefore, it is important to properly adjust the working pressure of the ink roller.
