There are many types of printed originals, and the final effect of each different original is different. Therefore, in prepress processing, it is necessary to process according to different requirements. Generally, the original manuscript is required to be accurate and natural, and the skin is delicate.

For people of different ages, the processing of the percentage of the dots is different. Generally, children's skin is delicate and soft. When processing, the magenta and yellow plates should be more than 30% (more than 2/3 of the entire skin color area). The percentages of the magenta and yellow plates are basically the same. The same, the green version should be controlled as much as 10% or less. As a layered version, try not to have a black version (except for the black face and the backlight, the dark side of the side light), so that the child's skin color is pink, looks delicate and healthy; The skin of young people is generally more than 45% of the percentage of dots in the magenta and yellow versions (more than 2/3 of the entire skin area), the green version is controlled below 15%, and the black version only appears in the dark. The middle tone and the bright tone should not appear as much as possible; the skin of the elderly is rough and the skin color is relatively deep. Therefore, during the process, it should be noted that the percentage of the dots of each color version will increase accordingly, especially the increase of the green version and the black version. It will be bigger, but the green version should be controlled below 30%. The black version should only appear in the middle and the dark position, and it should not be too high.

Yellow race

The color of the yellow race is mainly yellow and magenta. The yellow version is slightly higher than the magenta version. In the middle part, the magenta version must not exceed 10% of the yellow version. It is better that the yellow version is greater than the magenta version by 10%. As well. The green version should be less than half of the magenta version, as a layered version, the black version should usually appear only in the middle and dark, as the skeleton version of the dark tone.

Black race

The black skin color is mainly heavy in the green and black versions, the magenta and yellow versions are basically in balance, and the skin color is slightly reddish in gray.

White race

The reddish version of the white race is basically the same as the percentage of the yellow version, the green version is the layer version, the black version is the same as the yellow type, and only appears in the dark part.

In the process of processing a character's original, the original under normal light, the area where the percentage of the magenta dot is higher than 50% should not be too large, otherwise the character will be reddish or dark, and this should be reduced to the entire skin area by partial area. Less than 1/3 is appropriate, if it is exceeded, it needs to be brightened, except for photos with special light treatment.

The sharpness processing of the character original is also a key place. Different methods of original processing are different. Generally, the principle should be followed: in order to make the skin look fine and smooth, the skin's granularity and the like cannot be enhanced; in order to make the character have a three-dimensional effect, it is necessary to sharpen the contour and the important part. Thus, if the character is processed in PHOTOSHOP, the field value can be given larger when making USM sharpening. When the skin color of the person is flawed, it is possible to make some softening adjustments to the skin part. During the adjustment process, it is necessary to pay attention to the level change of the skin at all times to avoid the jump of the tone. In the process of scanning and image processing, the resolution and granularity of different color plates in the manuscript should be processed separately, which can achieve good results. The contrast is clear, the level is opened, which has a certain influence on the sharpness of the image.
