Wireless binding does not use wire, no wires, but glues the book block with glue, from the book to the automatic binding method. The process flow is roughly as follows: the sheet is fed into the milled back and the upper side is glued on the upper side of the book, the back cover is formed, the cover is formed, the glue is cooled, the double cut is cut, the finished product is stacked, and the finished product is bundled.


The finishing work before entering the plastic bag after the book is matched is a process that cannot be ignored in the whole process of the wireless binding. If the book after the page is not properly finished in the finishing process, it will enter the plastic bag, and then there will be various bad quality problems such as page break, loose leaf, hollow ridge, wrinkle ridge and the like after the glue bag. The finishing is to bundle the semi-finished book stickers, put a certain number of book stickers on the binding machine, and use the plates to fast-stop at both ends, start the strapping machine, and compact the loose book stickers and then tie them with ropes. In order to make the back of the compacted back stiff and firm, after compaction and bundling, apply the polyethylene glue to the back of the bundled book. After the polyvinyl alcohol glue to be brushed is dried, the rope will be loosened, and then the rope will be loosened. Separate each piece and transfer to the plastic bag.


In the perfect binding, milling back and roughing are the key processes. The milling back should be determined according to the thickness of the paper sheet and the number of layers to be folded. Generally, it should be milled to 1.4mm to 3mm, and the depth of the brushing is required to be 0.8mm to 1.5mm. If the depth of the milling back and the fluffing is not enough, it will inevitably affect the penetration of the glue, resulting in quality defects of the page and the loose leaf. If the book is not spliced, bundled, or rolled into the milling back in the finishing process before the plastic bag, then the semi-finished product of the quality defect is bound by the book folder after being clamped by the book holder in the glue bag machine. If the knife and milling are not enough, the depth of the back of the book is not enough. The quality defects such as the impermeability of the glue, the release of the page, and the looseness of the page are inevitable. Therefore, if the disengagement and loosening of the sheet are found in the quality inspection after the plastic bag, inspecting the milling back and the depth of the fluffing, it is also necessary to check the semi-finished processing of the binding page, the bundling and the compaction. Quality situation.


The glued parts are on the spine and the side. The hot melt adhesive used is also different. For example, the film type for the spine is H-970T, and the film type for the side is H-239T. The performance of the two is different. The hot melt temperature is not the same. It is important to master the quality of the glue and the glue. The high temperature of the melt glue will make the melt too thin and the viscosity is insufficient. The high temperature of the melt will make the glue too thick. Impervious, flowing, and some will be attached to the ridge or side of the granules, which will wrinkle and empty the ridge. It is worth mentioning that at present, the performance of hot melt produced by different manufacturers is not the same (we have such experience from actual use), taking the temperature of hot melt adhesive used by our factory as an example, The side glue temperature is 120 ° C, the spine glue hot melt temperature is 135 ° C, and some side glue hot melt temperature is 180 ° C, and the spine glue heat is 200 ° C. Therefore, in use, according to the performance of the material, master the appropriate process parameters to ensure the quality of the glue. Under normal circumstances, after sizing, the width of the side rubber cover is 4mm~5mm, and the spine glue can penetrate and fill the milling groove. When the glue is not evenly distributed, the glue is too thin, and the cover laminator pallet is not replaced as required (or the height adjustment is properly adjusted), the book behind the plastic bag is prone to hollow ridges and wrinkles. This must be controlled and checked during the plastic bag process.
