1) When purchasing flexo UV inks, first make sure the type of substrate is clear, and then select flexographic UV inks with different properties according to the substrate. For example, when printing a PE film, it is not possible to use a flexo-printed UV ink for printing paper, otherwise the adhesion may be poor, which may result in waste.

(2) UV ink should be stored in a ventilated, dark environment, the general storage temperature is 16 ~ 28 °C. During the printing process, the light in the workshop, especially the light around the ink tank, should not be too strong to prevent the UV ink from thickening and solidifying.

(3) When the UV ink is cured, the mercury lamp needs to be preheated for a few minutes after being turned on, so that the mercury in the lamp tube is completely vaporized to achieve a complete spectral output, thereby avoiding adhesion of the printed matter due to poor curing of the UV ink.

(4) Before the official printing, the machine should be idling for 5 to 10 minutes, so that the UV ink and the anilox roller and the printing plate can be fully affinityd to improve the transfer performance of the UV ink.
