Maintaining the right environment is the foundation


The surrounding environment has a certain impact on the CTP output system, such as temperature changes, air humidity, and dust in the air. The change of temperature is the natural enemy of the equipment. The optical path system in the equipment such as drum scanner, photo-aligning machine and CTP direct plate-making machine is susceptible to temperature change to produce water mist, affecting imaging, different equipment and different temperature requirements. Therefore, the temperature of the CTP system must be kept within the standard range.


Humidity reflects the moisture content in the air, and the moisture content is too high. The machine surface is easy to be embroidered and difficult to maintain over time. The output of the CTP plate is linear and unstable, which is high and low, affecting the quality of the CTP plate, and thus affecting the printing quality. However, if the water content is less than 40%, the machine is also very prone to static electricity. Therefore, it is generally adjusted by an industrial humidifier and an industrial dehumidifier, and the humidity should be controlled between 40% and 60%.


Excessive dust can easily damage computer and plate-making equipment. For example, dust can easily accumulate on the circuit board and air inlet of electrical equipment. It may become a conductor instantaneously due to the influence of external temperature and humidity, causing short circuit of the board. Laser imagesetters and CTP platesetters have high requirements on the dust content of the environment. Partial dust on the optical path lens and dust particles on the inner roller part will affect the plate quality. Therefore, it is very important to keep the floor clean, to prevent the intrusion of foreign dust, to regularly remove dust from electronic equipment, and to ensure that all equipment is maintained daily.


Setting the correct parameters is the key


The setting parameters used for different media are different, so you need to set the corresponding parameters according to different media types. Take Fuji Plate and Agfa Plate, and Founder Carving Dragon 8600CTP Plate Making Machine as an example. Fuji plate requires CTP plate machine energy parameter to be selected as 50, development temperature is 28 ° C, development time is 26 seconds, pre-heating temperature is 90 ° C -104 ° C, development replenishment is 80 ml; Agfa plate material energy setting parameters Select 32, the development temperature is 24 ° C, the development time is 26 seconds, the pre-heating temperature is 104 ° C - 127 ° C, the development replenishment amount is 80 ml, the baking temperature of the two plates is about 260 ° C (actual temperature), the baking version The time is 3-5 minutes, and the plate is not deformed as the standard.


In the specific CTP version of the use of the following should pay attention to the following: CTP plate material use and storage conditions temperature of 20 ° C -25 ° C, humidity of 40% -60%, because the photosensitive CTP version is sensitive to temperature and humidity, must Pay attention to the high temperature and high humidity environment in summer; the life cycle of the developer is from 3 weeks to one month. Replace the developer to clean the developing machine while replacing the developing filter; check the circulation of the developing solution at regular intervals, and the pH of the developing solution fluctuates within the range of 11.75- Between 12.25; CTP version should be carefully checked before the output of the network parameters, such as the number of hanging network lines, output resolution, appropriate linearization options, corresponding printing anti-compensation, etc.; regularly check the output of the CTP version of the test strip with the plate detector See if the output linearity is out of the error range, and it is necessary to adjust it in time.
