Printing process and process - water film method

This kind of film is a kind of pre-sensitized photosensitive material. It is attached to the screen before screen exposure. It has hydrophilicity, strong resolution, good line sharpness and durability. Its performance is better than that of photosensitive glue. Water-based, so commonly known as "water film." The operation process is:

Pre-network processing and network selection null; paste film null; dry null; exposure null; development null;

Its working environment is temperature 18-23 ° C, relative temperature 55-65%, operating under yellow light or soft light.

In the water film operation process, the process of pre-screening and screen selection, drying, exposure, development, etc. is the same as that of the photosensitive glue production process, except that the filming process is different. Here, we will focus on the process. Process:

※Paste film

Lay the screen at 45 °C on the rubber frame, spray the screen with a watering can, then scrape the water with a spatula to prevent the presence of blisters; roll the water film to make the medicine face outward. Then carefully attach the medicine surface to the printing surface (convex surface) on the screen. After attaching it, spray the water on the ink surface (concave surface) with a watering can, so that the water film is completely wet, no white is visible, and then evenly scraped with a spatula. Gently press the water out on the printing surface (convex surface), then use the scraper to the ink surface (concave surface) to gently scrape out the excess water, and finally use the vacuum cloth to suck the excess water in the frame. Dry, at this point, the filming process is completed.

The quality of the film is good or bad. First, the screen must be clean and free of rubbish and dirt. Second, the control of moisture, there must be no blisters, and the film must be evenly wrinkled.

Water film production process must pay attention to: the film should be even, the film must be dried, the protective base film on the film should be removed before exposure.

Third, indirect photographic film

Indirect photographic film, because its color is red, it is commonly known as red film in the industry. Red film is an indirect photographic film that is exposed and developed first. The smoothness of the film surface is high, the resolution of the film is high, the solubility is excellent, the exposure tolerance is large, the performance is better than the former two, and the use is convenient and simple, which is accepted by the industry. The production process is :

Net pre-processing and selection network null; exposure null; hardening null; developing null; paste network null; drying

The working environment must be operated under yellow light or soft light before exposure. The temperature is 18-23 ° C, the temperature is 55-65%, and the requirement after exposure is not high.

Red film network pre-treatment and network selection, the process is completely dry as described above, here we explore the five processes of exposure, hardening, development, and netting;

※exposure

Under the yellow light or the soft light, take out the desired red film, contact the film surface of the film with the surface of the red film and put it into the exposure machine, and then expose according to the required exposure time. ※After exposure of hardened red film, red phenanthrene is immediately immersed in the hardening liquid for 1 minute, the hardening liquid must be kept at room temperature 19-23 °C, and the hardening liquid can be made into a solution with a concentration of 1.2% by using hydrogen peroxide, or it can be formulated with activated powder ( 100 grams with 1 liter of water), the concentration of hardening liquid should be appropriate, if the concentration is too high, the hardened film will be excessive; the immersion time should not be too long, too long screen is easy to fall off. ※After 1 minute of development hardening, immediately take out the film and spray it evenly on the water film with warm water at 40-45 °C. When there is no film powder in the image part, continue to rinse for at least 30-80 seconds, rinse off, Then, the water film is immersed in cold water of 10 ° C or more to cool, otherwise, when the mesh is attached to the net, the adhesion will be reduced. ※The net is placed on the filming table and fixed on the filming platform. The film surface of the developed water film is evenly and flatly attached to the printing surface (convex surface) of the screen, and then the excess water is sucked dry with an absorbent cloth. Then use a stack of newsprint on the net cabinet and squeeze the roller back and forth to absorb excess water. Note: Do not use excessive force on the rollers to prevent damage to the water film. If the water is not drained, the flow of the film on the film may cause the silk screen to occlude, and the quality of the silk screen may not be printed. ※ Dry with a hair dryer or fan to the screen to speed up the drying, keep the temperature not higher than 30 ° C, otherwise the film will curl; the screen must be dried, otherwise the water film will protect the base film when the film will be water film Tear off, causing the screen to be scrapped.
