Some old printers, listening to the sound of this machine, know that there is no problem with this machine. If there is a problem, where is the problem? In fact, this is not a difficult thing. So how can we "sound the disease" during the operation of the printing press?
1. Learn to listen to the sound and remember the normal sound characteristics
Taking the J2108 offset printing machine as an example, in the normal production process, various sounds are heard, the main motor, the gas path, the cavities, the delivery chain, and the ink roller rolling parts, the swinging parts, and even the oil path in the wallboard. Wait, these parts will make a sound. In such a complicated voice, it is necessary to tell which part is emitted. It will certainly have some difficulty at first, but it can be gradually familiarized in the daily operation process.
step 1: listening from a partial or single component
For example, when you press “Run”, the main motor will make a sound. After a certain delay, drag the host to run. At this time, there are more sounds, you can go to the corresponding part to listen. For example: the ear is close to the wall panel to hear the sound of the moving part in the reversing direction; when the "ink on" button is turned on, the sound of the swinging member can be heard to swing back and forth; when the down-plate-water roller or the back-plate-ink roller is dropped Can hear the low sound of the rubber roller jumping to the printing-plate-roller working surface; near the transfer paper fangs, you can hear the sound of the transfer paper fangs and the roller fangs opening and closing; " button, you can hear the sound of Feida running; turn on the air pump, you can hear the sound of the airway.
Step 2: Listen carefully
The training of this step is based on the familiarity with the mechanical components and their motion laws. The movement of the components of the offset press has a strict time relationship, so it is necessary to listen to the rhythm of the sound emitted by each component. In the daily work process, if the machine is running normally, you can listen to it, grab a sound that is easier to distinguish, and then listen to the sound of other parts according to the time relationship of each part movement.
For example, during the paper feeding process, the sound of blowing, inhaling, and the sound of mechanical motion are intertwined. We can use the “beep” sound of the paper-feeding nozzle to reverse the cylinder and the sound of the “clam” sound as a symbolic sound during the whole running process, followed by the sound of the paper blowing nozzle and the blowing sound accompanied by the slight paper. The sound of the shake is followed by the sound of the paper blowing the paper, which is periodically and rhythmically emitted. Another example is the transfer of paper fangs and roller fangs. The material used in the previous pad is nylon. Now it is steel, so the squeaking sound when the fangs are closed is relatively large, especially This sound feature is more pronounced when the paper is picked up. Under normal circumstances, the sounds of these two kinds of fangs are very neat, and the sound of the roller fangs is louder, because the licking force of the roller fangs is larger than that of the paper fangs. Listening to these sounds often, remembering the rhythm of the sounds that these parts make when they work normally, can be a great help in judging whether the machine is working properly.
2. Use sound characteristics to judge machine failure
When we are familiar with various sound features, we can use it to help production and judge some practical problems.
Example 1: Judging the printing pressure
If the printing pressure is normal (the pressure between the printing plate and the blanket cylinder is 0.15 mm and the pressure between the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder is 0.2 mm), the impact sound between the three rollers is slight during the imprinting process. Deep. Once the printing pressure increases, such as the thickness of the rubber lining increases, a “click” sound will be produced. At this time, the thickness of the lining and even the center distance must be re-measured to ensure the accuracy of the pressure. By-plate-type rubber roller and printing-plate--the pressure is too large, it will produce a similar sound, which can be judged by checking the width of the ink bar.
Example 2: Judging paper feeding failure
In the production process, the sound of the paper feeder is very rhythm, master the rhythm, as long as the ear can hear, you can judge whether the paper feeding is normal. If the nozzle does not absorb paper, the apron is damaged, the pressure paper nozzle and the rear nozzle fight will destroy the normal rhythm and produce abnormal sound. This is often a precursor to the paper failure. The working condition of the paper machine eliminates the fault in the bud and ensures the smooth running of the paper.
Example 3: Determining tooth decay
The sound of the paper crease and the roller jaw closing is very neat. When the machine is turned on, the machine speed is slow, and it is easy to hear the closing sound of “啪啪啪”. Although the sound is not big, it is very crisp, if the sound becomes blurred, It is best to check the operation of the large springs at both ends and the lack of lubrication of the needle bearings.
Example 4: Determining the oil circuit failure
If the oil is short or the oil is blocked, the sound inside the wallboard will increase, mainly due to the increased friction of the friction surface of the component. In the winter workshop, the temperature is lower and the consistency of the lubricating oil becomes larger. When the machine starts to run, it will make a "beep" sound. If the workshop has air conditioning, the air conditioning temperature can be increased. If this condition is not available, you can change the number. A lower number of mechanical lubricants.
In short, as long as the operators carefully understand the production process, especially the mechanical parts of the multi-color machine are more, the sound is more complicated, but as long as you carefully summarize, you will certainly hear some experience, find the law, and do it. The voice diagnosis is faulty. These personal experiences, I hope to be helpful to everyone.
