When type printing, the font size is the use of font size as a unit. However, in the era of computer typesetting, the size of the font was in accordance with international standards, using "pounds" as a unit. However, because the two standards are not uniform, there is no formula for direct conversion.

Here is the conversion table between font size and point size: where the bracketed font number represents a previously unused font size.

The conversion of point size to millimeter can be converted using the formula “pounds ÷ 2.845 = mm”. For example, a 72-pound character is about 25.3 mm. Similarly, you can also use the measured word size multiplied by 2.845 to calculate the number of points.

1 inch = 2.54 cm = 25.4 mm. You can calculate according to the resolution of the current picture (???) dpi/inch
