Fifth, the system can identify the following glue defects
(1) No glue: there is no glue on the paper surface of the box.

(4) Sticking small pieces of paper or foreign matter on the glue strip: When the carton is folded, the small pieces of paper on the corrugated box will fall onto the glue strip, which will cause no glue at this position.

(10) The carton is cut too short: the side of the carton board is cut too short, causing the glue strip to be too close to the edge of the board.
(11) Side movement of the cardboard: moving on the side of the carton board in the machine, changing the position of the predetermined glue and the positioning distance to the edge of the paper.

A cardboard box that is not securely attached will not be able to withstand the designed load capacity. The second major problem with gumming is that the carton cannot be opened or it is difficult to open vertically. When the glue is applied or flows outside the glue application area, the carton itself can be pasted together. The self-adhesive corrugated carton requires a lot of power to open when it is opened on the packaging line, which usually causes the customer's packaging line to become clogged. At the same time, several cardboard boxes that are stuck together can also cause the customer's packaging line to become clogged. That's because the glue is applied to or flows out of the glued area, that is, to the top or bottom of the box. When the boxes are bundled together, the exposed glue causes the boxes to stick to each other.
