In the printing industry, there is a special hot stamping technology, namely hot stamping and printing technology. In the operation process, the hot stamping foil is often pulled back by the ink on the printing machine, which not only destroys the original bad design effect, but also is very disadvantageous to the printing machine.The reversed hot stamping foil powder will quickly accumulate on the blanket of the printing machine, which will easily cause the image dot to be lost, or the partial graphic printing will not be printed. This operation also accelerates damage to the ink roller and causes damage to the printing machine. If you want to use the hot stamping technology, you should eliminate the problem that the hot stamping foil is reversed during the printing process.


To solve this problem, we must first start with the control of hot stamping quality. The quality of hot stamping is the premise that the post-printing production work can be carried out normally. Choose a suitable hot stamping foil depending on the surface properties of the paper. The galvanized aluminum foil after hot stamping generally has a great contrast with the background, so there is no need to worry about the effect of the hot stamping. The key is to ensure that the hot stamping foil adheres firmly to the surface of the paper.


In addition to the hot stamping foil selection, the worker's operating procedures must be strictly regulated. In addition to requiring the machine personnel to control the hot stamping temperature, hot stamping pressure and hot stamping speed, it is more important to conduct the adhesion test on the hot stamping layer regularly. Because during the hot stamping process, the adhesion between the hot stamping layer and the paper may change as the number of hot stamping increases. The test uses an adhesive test method: glue the tape to the hot stamping layer and quickly pull off the tape. If the hot stamping layer cannot be pulled, the problem of the ink being reversed by the hot stamping foil does not occur during printing. If the hot stamping layer is pulled off by the tape, it indicates that the hot stamping layer is not firmly attached and needs to be re-calibrated. When the proof pressure reaches a certain number of times, the quality of hot stamping tends to be stable.


There is also the control of the printing process. The viscosity of the offset printing ink is relatively high, and the pulling force on the surface of the paper is large during the printing process.


This problem is solved by reducing the viscosity of the ink. In addition, in the case of ensuring normal printing, the pressure of the printing machine is as small as possible.
