1. PVC foam board is limited by its raw material formula and quality standards. The outdoor service life is uneven. The low-end products are prone to yellowing, deformation and aging. The suitable board should be selected according to actual needs.
2. According to the size of the finished product, the surrounding environment, installation characteristics and other factors, select the appropriate thickness, density, calcium carbonate content of the sheet to suit the required strength and performance.
3. Foam board installed outdoors can be glued with glue (not recommended for corrosive glue), or it can be fixed with advertising screws. It is recommended to use stainless steel screws to prevent rust from affecting its appearance.
4. The plate is suitable for CNC engraving and is not suitable for laser cutting. Select the appropriate cone, milling or 3D tool during CNC engraving and cutting, otherwise the sticking knife and the cutting surface will not be flat.
5, processing into text and other finished products need to paint to change the color, we must test the matching degree of paint in advance, to avoid the problem of blistering, falling paint, peeling and other problems caused by the paint is not suitable.
