 1. Water, ink roller failure caused the plate to be dirty


(1) The water bucket roller does not rotate due to mechanical or electrical failure.

(2) The pressure adjustment between the water transfer roller and the water bucket roller and the water roller should be very careful. If the pressure is improperly adjusted at either end, the water will be uneven.

(3) The pressure adjustment between the watering roller and the water roller and printing is very important. If the adjustment is not in place, the water roller will cause poor water.

(4) The water velvet cover of the water roller is not evenly wrapped, and some places are loose, which causes the water on the printing plate to be uneven.

(5) The use time is long, the water roller is dirty, and the plush does not absorb water.

(6) The aging roller is aging, and the ink absorption is uneven, resulting in floating.


2. Printing process failure causes the plate to be dirty


(1) The ink is too thin. It is difficult to make the ink sticky and the paper is easy to glue. The operator adds excessive varnish to the printing, which causes the cohesive force of the ink to decrease, the viscosity is small, the fluidity is large, and the ink layer is printed.

(2) In order to make the printed product dry as soon as possible, the operator thinks that the more dry the oil, the faster the drying, and the result is that the ink becomes thicker, emulsified, viscous, and the lipid is enhanced.

(3) During the operation, the operator does not pay attention to the amount of water in the layout. If the amount of water is too large, causing the ink to emulsifie, it will produce floating in the blank area of the printing plate.

(4) If the amount of ink is too large, the ink layer is too thick, and under the action of the pressing force, the imprinting is promoted.

(5) The amount of dampening solution is small, the acidity is small, and the hydrophilicity of the blank portion of the printing plate is lowered. Therefore, the proportion must be paid attention to when preparing the dampening solution.


3. The protection of the PS version is not enough to cause the plate to be dirty.


(1) Due to the plate cylinder and the blanket cylinder, the pressure between the printing plate and the ink roller is too large, causing excessive wear of the printing plate, especially at the edge of the mouth.

(2) Some papers are severely powdered, and the operator does not pay attention to washing the blankets, and the paper powder wears the plates.

(3) After the blanket is compressed, it is over-patched during the repair process, causing the repair to be too high and the plate to wear.

(4) The blanket is aging and loses its elasticity, and the printing plate is also prone to wear.

(5) Immediately wipe the water during a short shutdown, while some operators ignore this work, especially in the hot season, dust and other debris accumulate in the blank part of the dry printing plate, causing the printing plate to be dirty.

(6) When the protective glue on the printing plate, there is a large amount of moisture on the rag, and the protective glue on the printing plate is not evenly rubbed. After a long time, the printing plate will be oxidized and dirty.

(7) When the operator repairs the plate with the correction solution, the correction solution that has not been wiped off in time is solidified on the printing plate, causing the plate to become dirty.

(8) The rag used is not soft or has a hard object on it, causing the plate to be scratched.

(9) The surface of the water velvet cover is full of ink. If it is used repeatedly, the above ink slag will scratch the plate.
