The pad of the plate has a certain influence on the quality of the print. When using the color sequence of the JS2102 type double-sided printing press, the author has encountered a quality failure of the printed product due to the problem of the printing pad.
Printed dirty
When using the JS2102 type double-sided printing machine to print black and spot color two-color work pieces, it was found that the upper part of the front side of the printed product was densely punctured, which seriously affected the quality of the printed product.
The operator first checks the ink, because the ink is a specially formulated spot color ink, which is usually published and printed. If the auxiliary material added by the spot color ink is too much, the viscosity of the ink will be lowered, and sometimes the floating condition will occur. But after inspection, it was found that there was no problem with the ink. Next, the operator inspected the printing plate and printed the packaging city, and found no phenomenon such as paste. After using the phosphoric acid and the wetting powder to wipe the floating parts of the printing plate, the printing is carried out, and the printed matter still appears to be dirty. Then, the operator inspects the water roller, cleans the packaging container with the water roller, and checks the pressure of the plate, and the printing effect is still not improved. Sometimes the pressure of the ink roller against the plate or the amount of ink is too large, and the floating problem will also occur. Therefore, the pressure of the ink roller was tested, and the ink accumulated on the ink roller was removed by waste paper, and there was still a problem of floating after the test. Therefore, the operator did an increase or decrease experiment on the liner liner paper in the blanket, and still could not eliminate the fault. In the end, I tried to add a pad of paper to the plate. When I printed it again, the print trouble was eliminated.
Printed parts are partially imaginary
In the JS2012 type double-sided printing machine printing process, the digital printing machine, the operator found that there is a handwriting in the middle of the front of the printed product, the area is like the size of the coin, and some words are short and short. The blanket was inspected immediately and no traces were found. Check the plate again, and there is no abnormality such as missing the plate. Then the manuscript, the operator continues to inspect the blanket, apply the reducing agent at the position corresponding to the blanket and the crease of the print, and test the print, and the print is partially faint. The operator opens the plate to check the stencil paper, replaces the lithographic paper with a new one, and prints again. The phenomenon of partial fading of the printed product is gone.
The above two failures are not a big problem, but they all pose a threat to the quality of the printed products, and the reasons are all due to the thickness of the printing pad. Therefore, operators should pay attention to the inspection of the plate liner.
