Chapter 1 General


Article 1 Purpose of assessment. In order to ensure the normal operation of printing equipment, ensure the quality and delivery time of the products produced by the company, and minimize the production cost of the products, the company has decided to make the following relevant regulations for the assessment of equipment management work and equipment operating rate.

Article 2 Equipment management staff.


Chapter 2 Equipment Management Regulations


Article 3 Each production department must fill in the equipment operation record truthfully. For the carton workshop, only the faulty equipment or machine is filled.

Article 4 The production line running time (starting time and normal downtime) of the cardboard workshop must be filled out. The equipment maintenance downtime during the production process must be signed by the equipment maintenance personnel to take effect, otherwise it will not be counted as the equipment operation rate.

Article 5 The production department must truthfully fill out the equipment operation record and confirm it by the maintenance personnel. It is not allowed to falsify and deceive the squat, otherwise it will be punished every time once it is found. If the workshop is falsified, the yuan penalty will be borne by the workshop. If the maintenance personnel do not confirm the signature, after verification, the equipment mechanics will bear the penalty.

Article 6 The shutdown caused by the improper operation of the workshop personnel caused by the damage of the equipment shall be borne by the workshop, and the penalties incurred by the workshop every hour shall be implemented in accordance with the penalties of the production department.

Article 7 The person responsible for the damage caused by vandalism shall be borne by the responsible person. If the circumstances are bad, they shall be sent to the judicial organ for treatment. Any intentional destruction shall be expelled.

Article 8 The equipment manufacturer does not provide the information, the equipment personnel cannot solve it, and the equipment is required to be repaired by the manufacturer, and the equipment department is not responsible.


Chapter 3 Assessment basis and reward and punishment standards


Article 9 The company stipulates that the normal operation rate of equipment should reach A1% or above, that is, the equipment is in the normal production process, and the equipment failure rate is less than.

Article 10 The equipment running time is calculated according to the normal production time. For example, the production line of the production line is based on the accumulated time of each shift on the day, that is, the production starts from the start of the shift to the end of the production of the shift, and the time for the production line to replace the special paper is deducted.

Article 11 In the normal production process, all downtime caused by equipment is counted in the operating rate of the equipment. among them:

1. The operating rate of the board production line equipment should reach A1%;

2. The operating rate of printing equipment in the carton workshop should reach A2%;

3. The operating rate of the carton shop binding machine should reach A2%;

4. The operating rate of workshop auxiliary equipment (such as steam pump, single-sided machine, color printing machine, small extension machine, paper cutter, etc.) should reach A3%.

Article 12 The operating rate of equipment for paperboard production line is lower than A1%, and the equipment department and related personnel shall be given a fine of RMB per hour; those exceeding A1% shall be rewarded every hour.

Article 13 If the operating rate of printing equipment in the carton workshop is lower than A2%, the equipment department and related personnel shall be given a fine of RMB per hour;

Article 14 If the operation rate of workshop auxiliary equipment is less than A3%, the equipment department and related personnel shall be given an hourly penalty; if the operation rate exceeds A3%, the hourly reward element. However, if the auxiliary line causes the production line to stop, it will be penalized according to the production line.

Article 15 Due to the lack of minor repairs, overhauls, and equipment maintenance in the equipment department, the equipment is not normal due to the replacement maintenance plan of large parts such as corrugated rolls, press rolls, cross-cutting knives, and large canvas belts, and the equipment operating rate is included.

Article 16 is not counted as a shutdown:

1. The scheduled maintenance is not counted as downtime;

2. Although the equipment is faulty, the use of lunch breaks and after-work after-service maintenance does not affect production;

3. Equipment failure due to operator's misoperation, not counting equipment operating rate;

4. The fault has been found in advance, the maintenance plan has been made, and the production department has been notified to stop the machine. However, due to the unplanned downtime caused by the stoppage and maintenance of the production department, the equipment operation rate is not included;

5. When the equipment is repaired, the equipment is out of service due to the failure of the equipment spare parts in time.


Chapter 4 Regulations on the proportion of personnel at all levels of the equipment department


Article 17 The proportion of the equipment manager is 15%.

Article 18 The proportion of the maintenance team leader of the equipment department is 5%.

Article 19 The maintenance personnel of the carton workshops who have not undertaken the production line shall bear 8% of the rewards and penalties.

Article 20 The personnel responsible for the maintenance of the carton workshop equipment in the production line shall bear 75% of the individual's regional (process) rewards and penalties.


Chapter 5 Awards and Redemption


Article 21 The results of the above assessments shall be subject to monthly statistical verification results, and deductions and rewards shall be granted according to the quarterly average assessment results. If there is a situation in which the monthly salary is insufficient, the deduction will be deducted every month.

Article 22 Bonuses are redeemed in the last month of each quarter.

Article 23 If the wages are not enough to deduct the fine, the bonus may be offset against the fine. The shortfall may be deducted from the next month, exceeding the penalty and issued in the last month of the season.

Article 24 is less than 60% of the average total score for three consecutive months, and is transferred to the post.


Chapter 6 Supplementary Provisions


Article 25 This system is responsible for the formulation, interpretation and revision of the Human Resources Department.

Article 26 This system shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation, and the previous relevant appraisal system shall be abolished from the date of execution of the new plan.
