The quality standard requirements and operating procedures for the paperback framing process refer to the framing processing performed on the book block after the book is booked. This operating procedure includes the quality standard requirements and operating procedures for the manual cover, the front opening (the mouth) and the ironing machine, the wireless adhesive binding machine, the wireless adhesive binding production line, and the three-sided cutting machine.


First, the standard requirements for paperback quality


1. Handbag cover quality standard requirements

(1) Check the sample book before the package to prevent Zhang Guan Li Dai.

(2) According to the paper quality of the cover, the paper quality and the thickness of the booklet, select the appropriate adhesive and viscosity to ensure that the sealing and the book block are firmly bonded.

(3) The application adhesive is uniform and uniform, the width of the adhesive mouth is not more than 8mm, and it should be painted neatly without skewing, no exposed marks and sticky characters.

(4) The cover of the bag should be tightly packed, packaged, and neatly packed. There is no glue stuck; the back of the book is not skewed. The tolerance standard is 1/10mm for book thickness less than 25mm and 2.5mm for thickness above 25mm.


2. Folding front mouth quality standard requirements


(1) The front opening of the fold is neat, and the compaction is not skewed;

(2) The tolerance of the front opening is ±1mm.


3. Hot back quality standard requirements


(1) According to the paper quality of the seal, correctly adjust the temperature of the ironing machine;

(2) Adjust the upper pressure and the clamping degree of the side folder according to the book width (the book) and the actual height of the book;

(3) After the hot book, the back of the book is flat and firm, and there is no empty back wrinkles and adhesion cover phenomenon;

(4) Behind the hot book, the back of the book is straight and the line is no more than 1mm.


4. Wireless Adhesive Order Machine Quality Standard Requirements


(1) The amount used for rooting 2 hours before starting: store the rubber and preheat it. After the gel meets the preheating temperature, it can be used in the working pot.

(2) The operating temperature of the EVA hot melt adhesive shall be adjusted according to the range specified by its technical parameters, with a tolerance of ±5 °C.

(3) The storage is neat and correct, the milling back depth is 2.5±0.5mm, the milling and milling is positive, and the skew tolerance is ±1mm.

(4) The width of the side rubber is 3-7mm (no indentation 3mm, indentation 7mm), the indentation is accurate, the tolerance is ±1mm; the thickness of the book backing is uniform, and the thickness of the glue layer is 0.6~1.2mm.

(5) After the cover of the book cover, the shape is flat and correct, and the line is no more than 1mm.

(6) After the book is finalized, the back of the book is straight and firm, without wrinkles, empty pages, broken glue and so on.


5. Wireless adhesive binding production line quality standard requirements


(1) Parting machine part


1 Check the sample book before the match, prevent the serial book, and ensure that the book is correct; the wrong rate: 0.05% in the factory; less than 0.01% outside the factory.

2 The order of the order is correct, and it is necessary to check the mistakes of the wrong process, string version, white version, chamfer, set, big running version and so on.

3 The storage post is flat, and the uneven book sticker should be adjusted and flushed before being placed in the storage hopper; the storage sticker should not be too high, and the pre-storage gauge should prevail, the maximum is not more than 150mm;

4 The storage error rate is more than 15 working days per month (calculated by 8 hours per working day), and the number of misplacements per month is not more than 3 times.


(2) Host part


1 2 hours before starting, store the rubber according to the dosage and preheat it. After the gel is preheated (the preheated glue temperature is the same as the glue temperature or slightly higher 5 °C-10 °C), it can be input into the working glue pot. Use; non-preheated glue is strictly prohibited to be directly used in the working glue pot.

2 The use of hot melt adhesive (EVA) must be adjusted according to the technical parameters (tolerance ± 5 ° C), the special case tolerance ± 10 ° C.

3 Before starting the machine, check whether the cover and the book block are consistent with each other to prevent Zhang Guan Li Dai.

4 When the machine is in normal operation, check whether the quality of the processed book is qualified at any time. It is necessary to strictly abide by the process of completing all the bonding and clamping in the opening time of the EVA hot melt adhesive. If there is a temporary shutdown, the book block that is being glued or just finished is removed, and it is not allowed to continue to use.

5 milling back depth of 2.5 ± 0.5. It is required to be able to be milled through the innermost pages of the signature, the milling back is neat, and the skew tolerance is ±1mm.

6 book back sizing thickness 0.6-1.2mm, side rubber smearing thin surface uniform, width 3-7mm (indentation is 7mm), skew ± 1mm.

7 Indentation accuracy, skew and error not more than 1mm: book back word centered correctly, tolerance standard: Book thickness is less than 25mm for 1/10mm; book allowance of 25mm or more is less than 2.5mm.

(3) Three-sided cutting machine part


1 The angle of the cutter α is correct and is maintained between 22 degrees and 23 degrees;

2 The cutting size is correct, the tolerance and skew are not more than ±1mm;

3 No broken head, pressure loss, knife flower, even knife, no horseshoe in front.


Second, the paperback equipment operating procedures


1. Wireless glue order machine


(1) Do all preparations before starting the machine, including adding rubber, preheating glue, adding lubricating oil, checking whether the main components are normal, and then starting the machine normally after the operation is correct.


(2) Keep the oil passages unblocked during normal work, and the screws are not loose. Pay attention to the operation and find out that abnormal or other problems should be stopped and checked in time, and avoid leaving the work without authorization.


(3) Do a good job of cleaning up after the class, such as brushing the clamping plate, cleaning the work site, etc., and do the work for the next shift.


(4) Clean the rubber pot on time. Under normal operation, the pre-gel pot is cleaned once every quarter, and the working glue pot is cleaned every two weeks to keep the glue pot clean and carbon-free.


(5) Check the equipment on time. Under normal operation, single shift (8-12 hours), check every two weeks, double or three shifts (more than 16 hours) every week. During the inspection, problems are found to be adjusted in time or replacement of consumable parts.


2. Wireless adhesive binding production line


(1) Collating machine


1 Do all preparations before starting the machine, including adding lubricating oil, and check whether the main components are normal;


2 When the power is turned on, the signal is given first. After the car is turned on and tested, the wind path is opened, and the long-distance car is put into normal operation.


3 In the normal matching page, you should check the books in the book for any mistakes such as wrong posts, string posts, etc., and observe whether the operation, sucking, and placards are normal at any time, and ensure that the collating machine smoothly cooperates with the host to produce:


4 Check the equipment on time (the inspection time is the same as the interval between the host and the time), wipe it clean, ensure the smoothness of the nozzle, and replace the vulnerable parts during the inspection.


(2) package host


1 Do all preparations before starting the machine, including storage glue, preheating glue, temperature adjustment, lubrication, rough check whether the main components are normal, adjust the cover on each rule.

2Before starting the machine, send a signal first, take care of the cooperation between the front and the back, and try to open the car, and gradually change from slow speed to normal speed.

3 In normal operation, it is necessary to check whether the books in the package are qualified at any time, and ensure that the bonding and clamping work is completed within the opening time, and the normal use of opening, curing, cooling and hardening time is maintained.

4 Control the normal temperature of the glue at any time. It is forbidden to change the use temperature of the glue and store the glue directly into the working glue pot for use.

5 Clean the rubber pot on time. The pre-gel pot is cleaned once every quarter (under normal operation); the working glue pot is cleaned every two weeks to prevent carbonization, and it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the plastic pot.

6 Check the equipment on time, open a shift (8-12 hours) every two weeks, open two shifts (more than 16 hours) every week; check the correctness of each component during the inspection, and replace it at any time. Vulnerable parts.


(3) cutting machine


1 Do all the preparatory work before starting the machine, such as adding lubricating oil, checking the main parts, whether the rules for cutting the book are correct, whether the cutter head and the conveying path are clean, etc., checking the cutting size, adjusting the rules, pressure, etc.;

2 Before starting the machine, send a signal first, first open the empty car, and then cooperate with the host computer after the air cut is correct, the normal operation can be cut;

3 When the book is inconsistent, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately, and it is strictly forbidden to grab the knife (that is, the method of not touching the book by hand does not stop);

4 Check that the equipment interval is the same as that of the main unit (please refer to the inspection time of the main unit). During the inspection, check the main parts and replace the consumable parts.


If the above equipments need to be medium or overhauled, they must write a report on the application for medium and overhaul. After approval, the technical workers with the title of senior engineer or above should be randomly repaired. After the inspection, the captain can pass the test after passing the test.
