In the process of soft packaging production, there are often problems when using the scraper, how to solve it, the senior operator gives you a trick, simple and practical.
1, sanding squeegee
After the new squeegee is installed on the machine, be sure to sand it back and forth with sandpaper. Polish it with 800 mesh. Polish it 20 times from the front and then from the side. After polishing, use a fingernail to gently slide it. Is there a gap? Note that the squeegee should be smooth and unnotched. Please pay attention to the problem and you may find the problem.
2, install the scraper and lock it
Before installing the scraper, pay attention to clean the liner and the blade, and do not have a trace of ink or stains, so as to avoid uneven shape and wavy shape. After loading, lock it from the middle. Note that you can't lock it too tight at first, lock it slightly and then lock it back and forth. At the same time, the scraper should be kept straight, otherwise there will be waves. Note that each screw should not be locked too tightly for the next step. After locking each screw, pay attention to whether the height of the three points is balanced. It cannot be high on one side and low on the side. It can be measured with a special ruler or one end of the inner hexagon. It must be consistent at three points.
If it is an old scraper, you can use a special oil stone to grind the scraper. This requires special training. The ink must be filtered. Before the machine is filtered, the ink pump should be used to circulate the ink, and the socks at the outlet of the ink pot should be filtered. At the same time, the solid version (such as the text version) scraper should be harder, the scraper sticks out the knife lining 2-3 cm, the shallow mesh version is softer, in the 3-4 cm, the scraper angle is 45-60 degrees. The position of one stop when the knife is cut must be centered and cannot be deviated.
3, scraper pressing
The method of pressing the blade is to first shake the blade to a height of about 3 cm with the plate surface, and then reduce the blade pressure to a minimum. After the blade is closed naturally, the pressure is adjusted back to no more than 0.25 MPA. This can effectively maintain the elasticity of the blade.
After the scraper is finished, the equipment is opened at a normal printing speed, and the printing condition of each layout is observed with a strobe light. Is there a knife line, and if any, the sandpaper can be polished first to be removed for production.
4, measuring the printing viscosity
It is very important to pay attention to the measurement and control of printing viscosity before starting the machine. It is also one of the important ways to control the appearance of the cutting line.
5, other matters needing attention
After loading the plate, pay attention to using the idling to carry out the plate-throwing. The C-type action is adopted, and the 800-mesh sandpaper is used to uniformly throw the plate back and forth. Be careful not to use too much force. It is best to use a sticky solvent or water on the sandpaper to carry out the plate.
For the full version of the layout, you can use the old blade to produce, you can use the back of the knife to produce, do not forget to use sandpaper to polish and then use, which can effectively save the scraper.
When printing the product for replacement, pay attention to clean it with solvent in time, this should be done immediately. If the machine does not open, remove the scraper in time, clean it with solvent, brush the oil with PET white film, and do a good job of marking, so as to save the scraper effectively.
