The following are some of the most common causes of errors in printing accuracy:
1. When making a multi-color overprint (halftone printing) screen, the screen is dried at different temperatures, resulting in errors in printing accuracy.
2. The screen tension is low or the overprint (halftone) screen tension is different.
3. Use the simple drying of the hair dryer and the uneven drying of the screen.
4. Using too old, unsound and deformed frame making, the printed image is deviated due to poor frame stability (these problems can be detected with negatives).
5. When multi-color overprinting, the mesh distance used is inconsistent.
6. Squeegee deformation.
7. The size of the substrate changes due to certain factors.
