Since different inks have different chemical reagents and different solution compositions, no matter the difference in chemical composition and color system composition, we put forward some basic opinions for your reference:
1. When converting pigment ink, especially when converting pigment to dye, please empty the original ink, then clean the pipe with cleaning liquid or pure water, otherwise the chemical in the ink may chemically block the nozzle.
2. Users of thermal foaming machines such as HP and NovaJet must empty the air when filling the ink. Otherwise, the ink head will be burnt, the life of the nozzle will be reduced, or the ink head may be damaged, or the ink may be broken. .
3. Users of micro-piezoelectric machines such as Epson, Mimaki, Mutoh, Roland, etc., after using new ink, because the ink head and ink need to have a fusion time, it is normal for the test strip to break within a few hours; Monochrome or no ink, or after a long time of use, there is a phenomenon of ink breakage, there may be insufficient ink (less than two-thirds) or too much (enrichment) in the ink bag, or air in the pipe, the blade If there is too much ink on the waste ink pad; it is best to manually empty the pipe air and handle the ink bag area, as well as clean the dirty parts.
4. Piezoelectric machines are best to print test drawings every day to keep the nozzles moist; when shutting down for a long time, they should be turned on once a week to ensure that the ink pipes are unblocked and the ink heads are wet.
