Offset printing presses are one of the main equipments in the printing industry, so pay special attention to repair and maintenance work, especially cleaning and maintenance work. Poor cleaning and maintenance work, it is easy to cause large wear and excessive aging of the equipment, resulting in a series of failures, the consequences are unimaginable.
According to the operation practice, the details of the cleaning and maintenance of the offset printing machine should be summarized as follows:
1. After the operator has been in the class, the operator must carry out the wiping work, wipe the oil and ink inside and outside the fuselage, remove the waste paper and debris in the machine, and keep the original color and rust-free phenomenon.
2. The drum is one of the main parts of the offset printing machine. Each shift must be wiped at any time to keep the surface of the drum clean, especially the impression cylinder.
3. Most of the parts of the paper are exposed. Every shift must clean the surface of the machine with oil and paper powder to reduce the friction of each machine.
4. All parts of the offset motor and the air pump should keep their surface clean and dry to prevent accidents caused by poor heat dissipation.
5. When wiping the equipment, thoroughly check all parts of the oil eye, oil circuit, fueling device and machine parts. If there are missing fuel, oil circuit blockage, fueling device damage, loose screws, falling off, etc., you should refuel and repair in time (especially the spindle and the impression cylinder should not forget to refuel at both ends).
6. It is strictly forbidden to use broken cotton yarn and rag to wipe the equipment to prevent it from falling into the machine and causing accidents.
7. When the holiday equipment is not in use, it must scrub the water and ink roller to prevent the ink from drying up, affecting the performance and service life of the rubber roller; stop it for more than seven days, remove the washing water and ink roller, and put it on the shelf. Prevent the deformation of the extrusion, and then cover the equipment with a cover cloth to prevent the sand from falling into the machine and increase the friction.
8. In the daily production process, the equipment should be kept clean around, so that the ground is free of oil, water, waste paper and debris.
