1. Prevent ink crust in the ink tank
After the ink is stored for a period of time after opening, the surface tends to form a hard layer of ink, which must be removed and thrown away. Over time, the amount of wasted ink is considerable. We use a shrink wrap to cover the ink and seal it against the entire ink surface. It is not wasted from oxidizing the crust with air. If the time is short, the easier way is to add water to the ink tank. The principle is also to prevent the ink from contacting the air and causing waste.

After the equipment is maintained, it is often prone to production failures such as sticky oil and sticky due to excessive refueling or improper refueling. In some places, due to the design of the machine, conventional refueling is difficult to reach or refuel. In this case, the sewing machine oil can be used to refuel the teeth, the uranium, the oil hole and the various parts of the paper machine. This method can ensure the oil Di:lN position without excessive leakage and dripping to the printing machine. The goods cause waste, convenient and fuel-efficient. For the inside of the printing machine wallboard or the underside of the machine table, it is difficult to reach and need to refuel the parts. 8 kinds of wire or other slender objects can be used. After the sponge is wrapped at one end, a proper amount of lubricating oil is applied, and it is difficult to reach the printing machine and it is necessary to reach the printing machine. Fill the oil with lubrication.
3. India's small field tips
Printing workers have such an experience: In India, the printing ink layer is often not full, the depth is different, the sticky is sticky, the paper is sticky, the printed products have white spots, ink, paper and so on. Seriously affect the quality and duration of printed products. In this regard, we generally estimate the total amount of ink used in the printing, and add enough in the ink tank as much as possible. Add appropriate de-adhesive and dry oil to the ink to increase the fluidity of the ink, avoiding the viscosity difference caused by the ink in the middle, and the size of the ink is not good. The color of the ink is different. Before printing, gently wipe the paper and paper scraps on the four sides of the stack with a clean cotton cloth coated with glycerin, and then put it on the paper table for printing. The paper after wiping will not leave impurities and affect the quality of the ink in the field. The printing machine prints at 60-70% of the usual speed, ensuring that the ink can be transported normally. The ink color of the printed products is the same. For the actual parts of the printing plate, sometimes the needle eye and the white spot are encountered. Just apply a proper amount of oil on the finger and apply the needle eye part of the printing plate to ensure normal printing.
4. Use waste pages to reduce the time of car wash and rubber protection
Before placing the paper stack on the paper feeding table, put 20 waste pages first, then officially put the printing paper. When the job is printed and the waste page is printed, the printing machine roller is disengaged, the water roller is still lowered, and all will be The waste page is printed. These waste pages are able to carry away the ink left on the plates and erasers. In this way, cleaning the eraser is much simpler, and the lower plate can be directly wiped without the solvent. Increased productivity.
5. Use the margins to make a record
The offset PS version has blank edges around it, so you can make full use of these blanks and do all the relevant job records. Use a piece of adhesive tape to record the job number, date, and ink color. The stenciling method (front and back printing, self-reprinting, large reprinting), color sequence, printing number and other related data, and then pasting the adhesive tape in the blank of the printing plate. The printing crew can operate on these records at a glance to avoid errors.
6. Use of blanket
Each set of machine sets two sets of blankets. When printing, the captain changes back and forth according to the difficulty level of the work piece, the flat screen version and the text version. For the more demanding, more graphic and fine products, the new rubber stamp will be used. With the old rubber, the rubber that has been removed is washed with an eraser and then hung up to improve the service life. A lot of blankets can be saved in one year.
7. Overnight ink treatment on the ink roller
Generally speaking, if the offset ink roller is stopped for more than 4 hours, it should be cleaned. Otherwise, the ink will solidify and the crust will damage the ink transfer and ink repellency of the ink roller. However, sometimes it is impossible to wash the car in time due to special reasons such as power failure and machine failure. When printing the workpiece, you can put some rubber or ink roller cleaning agent on the lateral surface of the top roller of the machine, and then start the machine to run for 2-3 minutes. At this time, the ink on the machine will be loose and light, and the ink will be infused. Page N, the printed product is clean and consistent.
