Clearance bearing

The gapless bearing solution replaces the ordinary bearing used to carry the printing cylinder on the side wall of the printing press, and has been widely recognized in terms of achieving smooth operation of the printing machine and improving printing precision, and has been promoted in the printing machine manufacturing industry.

The bearing bearing located at the axial end of the printing roller supporting the side wall of the printing device has the following tasks: ensuring high-speed rotation of the printing roller; ensuring continuous rotation of the printing roller according to the separation and pressure requirements of the printing roller; relieving between the blanket and the plate cylinder Impact force caused by improper press-fitting.

Early installations that made the printing cylinders disengaged and pressed have always used eccentric plain bearings or eccentric plain bearings in combination with gapped plain rolling bearings (most commonly ball bearings), and the impact of over-tightening often results in bearing wear. Larger, larger bearing clearances can have a negative impact on print quality.

After years of research, it has been found that a preloaded bearing system can achieve a no-gap operation. At the same time, the concept of multi-turn bearings has gradually become a reality. The original sliding bearings have been replaced by gapless multi-row roller bearings with preloading principle. The most central part of the ring is eccentric, when the printing cylinder is pressed and pressed. Fully meet the working principle requirements.

Anilox plasma ceramic coating

Anilox roller has a great influence on the printing quality, and its role and status in printing ink transfer has been paid more and more attention. Chromium oxide ceramic coating has proven to be the best surface material for laser engraved anilox rolls, and the new technology for ceramic coating on anilox rolls is plasma spraying.

Plasma spraying treatment is to use high-energy ionized mixed gas, adding high-temperature vaporized chrome metal to accelerate the spraying onto the surface of the roller to be treated, and the speed of the spraying device in the axial direction of the roller determines the coating thickness obtained on the surface of the roller. . The chromium oxide layer formed by plasma spraying is very strong and durable, and has extremely high hardness and density. This property allows it to obtain a very high quality roll surface that enables fine laser engraving to achieve the desired gauge cell.

The quality of the plasma treatment determines the microstructure of the surface coating of the roll (such as porosity, hardness, structural distribution, etc.), so the entire coating process needs to be controlled by a professional computer workstation. The plasma gas flow rate, the plasma itself control and the energy supply are all electronically accurately measured, recorded and balanced. In addition, the coating roller cannot be cooled too fast, otherwise the adhesion of the coating layer is lowered, and the uniformity of the final coating is also greatly affected.
