With the advancement of manufacturing, printing machine manufacturing technology continues to improve. However, because the design accuracy of the printing machine is often higher than the printing precision required by the actual production application, the equipment manager often neglects the maintenance problem of the printing machine, especially the bearing maintenance problem. When serious problems occur, the precision of the printing machine is often affected. Damage, even unable to recover, causing economic losses. First, the accuracy of the roller bearing and the printing accuracy of the printing machine


Indirect or direct response to the operation and product of the press roller bearing failure, but did not attract our attention. Sometimes, the method of increasing the lining of the roller is used to solve the problems of printing pressure and uneven ink color, but the printing machine may have a problem that the dot level cannot be reproduced by more than 80%.


There are roughly two types of failures in the printing press bearings we encounter. One type is that the support frame is broken, the track surface of the inner ring and the outer ring is peeled off, and the ball movement is not smooth, causing the mechanical lock. This type of failure is obvious, and the press must be repaired before the printing machine can operate normally. In fact, such faults have existed in another type of fault before the serious mechanical lock-up, that is, the track surface of the support frame, the inner ring and the outer ring is worn. The performance of such faults is not obvious, mainly affecting the printing quality. In the maintenance of the printing press, it is often difficult to cause people to pay attention to the fault, because the printing press can still operate normally. In the process of web printing, when the paper tape breaks and wraps around the drum, the force of the wrapped portion is suddenly increased, resulting in failure of lubrication, local damage of the bearing, increasing the play of the damaged portion of the bearing, causing printing. The surface pressure is uneven. If the lubrication is in a semi-failure state for a long time, the bearing surface of the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing will be seriously increased due to long-term wear, which is usually caused by insufficient printing pressure, uneven printing ink color, and rough grounding. At the time, the dots of 30% or less of the printed matter are lost, and more than 70% of the dots are used.


The faults caused by the rollers of the printing machine can be compensated by the operation, and some can not be compensated by the operation. This involves the problem of repairing the roller bearing. Each press has its own fixed printing accuracy indicators, such as dot reproduction and overprinting accuracy, at the time of manufacture. These indicators are the basis for determining the quality of printed products. Then, when observing the printed matter, we can also roughly determine the printing precision that can be achieved by the operation of the printing machine. According to whether it can produce the printed matter with the required precision, it can be judged whether it is to be repaired. Second, the prevention of printing roller bearing failure


By analyzing the fault condition of the printing roller bearing, it can be seen that to prevent the loss of the precision of the printing roller bearing, first select the type of lubricating oil used in the printing machine and replace it in time; secondly, keep the tension system of the printing machine normal. The working condition, the tension system of the printing press is often maintained, and the tension output is stabilized to reduce the occurrence of the phenomenon that the paper strip breaks and wraps around during the printing process. In addition, the selection of suitable raw materials is also an effective way to reduce the failure of the printing cylinder bearings.
