The thickness of the ink printed on the substrate has a great influence on the quality of the product. How to correctly grasp the thickness of the ink depends on many objective conditions, that is, the thickness of the ink should be derived from the nature of the ink. The layout of the layout, the climate, the speed of the machine, the smoothness of the surface of the paper, etc., are considered and adjusted according to different situations.

First, the influence of the thickness of the ink on the quality of the product

In general, the thicker the ink, the greater the viscosity and the lower the fluidity of the ink. If the ink is too thick, the ink in the ink fountain is not easy to be inked, and the ink on the ink roller is not easy to be evenly distributed, so that the ink on the printing plate cannot be kept uniform, and it is easy to accumulate on the printing plate, which may cause paper pulling and the like. If the ink is too thin, the viscosity is too small, and the fluidity is too large, which will make the printed product light and dull, distorted, the dot deformation is enlarged, the paste is smeared, and the smudging is easily caused.

Second, with reference to a variety of objective conditions, flexible control of the thickness of the ink

1. From the nature of the ink, magenta ink, black ink should be thicker, followed by blue ink, yellow ink, light red, light blue, etc. should be thinned.

2. From the distribution of the layout and text, when printing a large-area field version, the ink should be thinned. The solid version is printed with a flat suit and is not easy to pull. However, when printing the screen version, the ink is required to be thicker to prevent the deformation of the dot from expanding. Buddy.

3. From the climatic situation, when the temperature is high, the fluidity of the ink increases, so in order to properly control the fluidity of the ink, it should be thicker; when the temperature is low, the fluidity of the ink is reduced, so it should be thinned. Some; when the weather is dry, the ink should also be appropriately thinned.

4. From the machine running speed, the machine speed is fast, the ink roller will generate heat when it runs fast, and the fluidity of the ink will increase, so the ink should be thicker; otherwise, the machine speed is slow, and the heat generated when the ink roller is running Relatively lower, so the ink should be properly thinned.

5. From the smoothness of paper performance, the surface of the paper is rough, the texture is soft, and the ink should be thinner when the absorption is large. On the contrary, the surface of the paper is smooth, the texture is tight, the absorption is small, and the ink should be thicker because the ink is too thin. It is easy to cause sputum ills.
