Nowadays, people's requirements for printed materials are gradually increasing, and the processing cycle requirements are getting shorter and shorter. Commercial web offset presses meet people's requirements for quality and efficiency.
1. Paper tape moisture avoidance avoidance
The paper strip break mentioned here does not mean that the paper strip suddenly breaks from somewhere during normal printing, but refers to the surface temperature of the commercial reel chiller when the machine is shut down during the hot summer season due to high external temperature. Low, so a lot of water is condensed on the surface, and the paper tape on the surface of the chill roll is quickly wetted by the condensed water, and the paper tape is easily broken at this time when it is turned on again.
After several attempts, I found a solution. Ten minutes before the plate change, the refrigeration system is first turned off. When the plate is changed, the temperature difference between the inside and the outside is not large, and the surface of the cooling roller will not condense water, which will not cause the paper tape to absorb water and easily break.
2. Plug-in troubleshooting
When printing an eight-page print of 880mm size at a time, the process sheet requires that the folded side be staggered by 1cm. When the printing is adjusted according to the process requirements, the machine speed is increased to 20,000 sheets/hour, which occurs in the jampage, and each time it occurs at the belt at the upper part of the lower paper bar.
At the beginning, the operator thought that the tension on both sides of the belt was inconsistent, which caused the falling speed of the two sides of the page to be inconsistent. After adjusting the belt, the belt was turned on and then turned on. No change was made. The position of the page and the belt was changed, so that the belt on both sides of the page was centered, but it still did not improve. Later Also adjust the time of the page flower bar, after many fine-tuning, the machine speed can basically reach 30,000 sheets / hour or more. However, when the 890mm-size eight-open printing was changed, there was still a serious jampage. After adjusting the time of the flower bar, the fault is eliminated. However, when printing a 787mm-size eight-open print, the time of the flower bar must still be adjusted to eliminate the jampage.
According to the analysis of the operator, the key to the queuing failure is that the time adjustment of the page bar is accurate. Although the page failures are temporarily queued, the time of the page bar is still not ideal. After groping, stop when the page post is separated from the upper belt pulley, and then release the page flower bar, adjust the fastening screw, turn the flower bar, so that the upper part of the flower bar is just about 5cm. , tighten the fastening screws, start printing, print the above three specifications of the paper and then there is no plug failure, even if the paper specifications change, you do not need to adjust the time.
3. Automatic ink supply
Commercial rotary machines are equipped with automatic ink refilling devices because of the high speed of commercial rotary machines and the printing of large-volume advertisements or color journals. The factory uses 200kg vats of ink. When adding new barrels, it is found that there is always a layer of residual ink at the bottom of the barrel. If the ink is manually dug, it is easy to dirty the work, and it is a pity to throw away the ink.
Place a rod that is more than 1m long, three eyes on one end, and fix it with screws, then fix the ink blade on the long rod. This is very convenient to use, no need to worry about the work clothes will touch the wall of the ink barrel (because the empty ink barrel is about 1m high, there is ink on the barrel side), and the residual ink is fully utilized.
4. How to quickly find ink and reduce consumption
Commercial rotary machines are generally equipped with an ink-sweeping magnetic card, which can be pre-swapped into the magnetic card after printing, and then the ink is toned out before the printing is started, reducing the consumption of the boot, but due to the worker's mistakes and own errors, it is impossible to start from the beginning. Achieve a completely ideal state.
After a period of use, the operator summed up the following rules. For manual errors, you can check whether the ink color is correct before printing. If you find obvious errors, you should correct them in time. For the system's own error, adjust the ink zero position and change the speed curve according to the multiple use conditions. And scan the compensation value, select the appropriate parameters, and achieve the best state after repeated corrections. For general products, the basic product can be obtained with a basic power of 0.5. For a journal magazine with strict requirements, basically 0.7 can be turned on to produce finished products, which effectively reduces unnecessary consumption and greatly reduces various costs.
