First, indentation technology


Indentation technology refers to the overlay of two or more colors. The overprinting is accurate when printing, making the text more realistic. For example, the “China Environmental Protection” mark on various packaging materials on the market is made up of cyan, yellow and gold. In actual printing, many printed products are difficult to deliver to the user when the green yellow is superimposed into green, which causes great loss due to inaccurate overprinting. Some people think that spot color green can be used to solve this problem. But whether to increase the color of the spot color has to consider whether the company's own printing equipment has enough color groups to achieve this process. How to solve the problem of each color group of four-color, six-color, eight-color or even ten-color printing presses? Bleeding technology refers to the stability of the original design size in the post-press processing. In the color separation plate making, according to the actual situation, some color plates are extended outward by a certain proportion in the original design size. Modern packaging is not just a single printing, but also goes through many processes from printing to finished products, such as: compounding and bag making in flexible packaging, glazing, laminating and die cutting in paper packaging. These processes can cause large errors between the design size and the actual size. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the bleeding technique reasonably according to different designs. For example, the main color of many flexible packagings is full version, in order to ensure the stability of the basic size in the compounding, slitting and bag making process, the main color version of the electro-engraving is expanded by 1.5~3mm, so as to ensure that the finished product meets the requirements. .
