Flexo printing is the mainstream packaging and label printing method in Europe and America. However, due to the imperfect domestic related equipment such as flexographic plate making and die cutter, the current market share is small. However, the development of flexo printing in recent years is very fast, and it is an important development direction of label printing.
1. Flexographic features
A. With the CDI plate-making technology of computer direct plate making, it can get better dot quality and saturated printing color.
B. The advantages of a single molding and multi-process combination that cannot be compared with other printing methods,
C. Applying UV ink printing to make printing colors more vivid, fast drying, high molding efficiency, suitable for medium and large batch production.
D. Ink adhesion is poor, the gradient effect is poor, and it is generally glazed after UV printing.
2. Flexo printing equipment
