2 . Picture
As an important part of typesetting, the picture expresses not only the quality of the printed products but also the continuous output quality of the digital printing machine. In the traditional pre-press image processing, digital printing must also pay attention, but digital printing is currently The accuracy is still relatively low, so in this process, we need to pay attention to:
1 The printed output picture must ensure that the resolution is not lower than 300 d p i; for more demanding images, the manufacturer information must be above 400 d p i, the picture double scan; single output can improve the scan quality of the picture. Traditional offset printing requires higher quality prints when outputting higher-precision plates, but current digital printing is slightly different, especially for the skin color of people, and sometimes softens them. Of course, we use more specialized software to handle the partial facial skin color of the task, but high-precision pictures are still necessary for digital printing.
2 Do not use C 1 0 0 , M 1 0 0 , YT 1 0 0 , K 1 0 0 for large black areas; K 1 0 0 can be used directly. If it is not black enough, C 2 0 – C 5 0 can be added. In some high-end digital presses, in order to ensure more black, a component called light black is added to the fifth color, so that the black component is deeper.
3 R G B color is the screen display color, more vivid; turn to output mode C M Y K, the color will vary greatly; so try to use C M Y K color when designing. 4 Importing PSD diagrams in Corel Draw must be converted to bitmaps. Cropped diagrams should also be converted to bitmaps to avoid corrupting the image when outputting files.
