In the process of bonding and packaging products, the following problems are always easy to occur: the amount of glue is too thick, so that the glue overflows after pressing, which not only affects the appearance of the product, but also causes the boxes to stick to each other. If this happens, it should be left open for 2-4 minutes after brushing, and then pressed after the adhesive is slightly dry. The glue is too thin and the drying time is too long, which leads to poor adhesion and sometimes no adhesion at all. When this happens, you should read the instructions to the manufacturer according to the instructions.

                

No pressing or too little pressure will cause the bonded product to automatically bounce off. This is mainly for products with a high stiffness, so it must be pressed for at least half an hour because there are many adhesives that are contact-type adhesive. Therefore, the two bonded surfaces must be effectively pressed. In the unit time, if the initial adhesive force is less than the product elastic force, the product will bounce off, so the general product requires a pressing time of 0.5 hours.

                

In order to save raw material costs, some manufacturers use laminating glue and milky white glue to glue the box or use a larger amount of water to dilute the adhesive, resulting in insufficient bonding fastness and poor adhesion on the film. This situation is very dangerous, and it is also a violation of the bonding principle and process. It is hoped that the adhesive users will not cause greater damage to themselves due to the blind use of glue.

                        

The box will appear degummed during the cold winter season. This is mainly because some adhesives have poor low temperature resistance. Below 5 ° C, the surface of the adhesive will lose its activity, causing the adhesion to drop or disappear. In the hot summer, the glued box will also appear in the warehouse or transport box. This is mainly because the high temperature resistance of the adhesive is not good. At 50-60 ° C, the adhesive layer becomes soft and the strength becomes small, which leads to degumming of the package.


The bonding effect of the package at the initial stage of sticking (usually half a month) is very good, and as time goes on, the degumming of the package occurs. This is mainly because the bonding durability of the adhesive itself is poor, mostly because some plasticizer is added to the adhesive. As the time goes on, the plasticizer migrates to the paper base, causing the rubber layer to become hard and brittle. Degumming. On the other hand, because the adhesive contains a large amount of unsaturated bonds, the aging resistance of the product is not good. The storage period is prolonged and the film becomes brittle, and the product is degummed.

                

If the warehouse is very humid, it will be stored for a long time, not only the humidity of the product will exceed the standard, but also the product will degumming. This is mainly because the product absorbs moisture, and the water resistance of the adhesive itself is not good, resulting in softening of the rubber layer and delamination.
