Generally, when adjusting the paper, it is necessary to see the belt tension and transmission of the cantilever device, the position of the electric eye reflection, the flexibility of the brush, the position of the knife holder and the pneumatic device, the position of the paper roll joint tape, the aluminum foil metal tape and Inductive position of the electric eye, etc., and only one roll can be tested before it can pick up another roll. In this way, if you want to test multiple projects, you need to use the second and third paper rolls. This test machine wastes time and wastes paper rolls, and the work efficiency is low. It is a waste of resources for the company.


In order to solve the many drawbacks brought by the poor method of high-speed rotary paper exchange, and to save paper and save time, we have adopted the following paper exchange method.


1) When the paper roll of the first paper frame is printed, and the paper roll diameter is about 50 cm, the paper frame 1 is turned to the position of the paper frame 2, and the paper frame 2 is turned out to prepare the paper;


2) A good paper roll on the paper holder 2. The method and position of the joint paste, including the tape, aluminum foil tape, the paper roll, etc., must meet the working conditions;


3) Since the paper roll on the paper holder 1 blocks the photoelectric induction controller under the machine (the photoelectric eye inside the operation wall panel is about 80cm from the ground, and the reflector on the inner side of the drive wall panel is about 20cm from the ground), it needs to be wiped clean. The electro-optical eye used, another looking for a reflector, artificially aligned with the photoelectric eye on the inside of the wall panel, causing the cantilever belt to fall, and the paper-taking procedure starts automatically;


4) Remove the reflector and turn the paper roll on the paper tray 2 to rotate to reach the working position of the paper to complete the automatic paper feeding.


If the paper is not attached, the paper roll on the paper tray 1 can be re-tested until the paper roll 2 is attached, and the method of illuminating the photoelectric eye using the reflector can be used multiple times. This method is also applicable to models of the same type of paper-taking principle, and it is not necessary to pick up another paper roll after the paper roll is printed. Practice has proved that paper rolls with a diameter of about 40cm can be tested for 4 to 5 times, which saves four or five paper rolls and many paper-taking times.
