In the imposition, the side of the carton where the edge of the carton will be stuck or in the inconspicuous part should be placed as far as possible, because when the auto flattening is used, the knife on the side of the carton needs to be knocked by several small holes. In order to successfully pull the finished product out of the machine, the broken small mouth makes the edge not smooth, affecting the appearance.
Between the two fights should be as far as possible a one-size-fits-all method of post-press processing, if it can not be done, at least 4mm wide row of knife should be placed, and each product must have at least 2mm pattern bleeding.
The automatic packaging line generally requires that the orientation of the paper grain is perpendicular to the longest indentation line on the carton. If the improvement of the indentation line in die cutting is also taken into consideration, the typesetting mode in which the longest indentation line is parallel to the paper grain direction can be selected.
