Therefore, many printers will pat their chests and say: As long as the printing version is not tilted, my production efficiency will definitely rise! Why is the printing plate always tilted, let us first analyze the structure of the printing plate.
The printing plate after the machine is composed: printing plate, double-sided tape, film base, pad, printing stick, are these parts related to the appearance of the stencil?
1, printing plate and double-sided tape
——White tape is better than yellow tape
The type of printing plate is generally divided into a resin plate and a rubber plate. The double-sided tape is divided into two types: white (high temperature resistant) and yellow (mesh). The application of these two categories is very critical, first analyze the white double-sided tape. Many plate makers or printers prefer to use yellow tape for labeling because the yellow tape is easy to tear and it is easy to change position if it is mislabeled. The white one is not easy to tear. Once it is stuck, it is very laborious and the people are not used to it.
In fact, the printing version will be lifted, and most of the double-sided adhesive is not sticky! why? Yellow is easy to tear, and white is not easy to tear, that is, yellow has poor adhesion and white is sticky. Therefore, when making a flexographic printing plate, white tape is preferred over yellow tape. When the white tape is stuck to the printing plate, it is necessary to measure the distance and then adopt a certain production standard. The posted version is good and not warped. Secondly, the white tape and the yellow tape are different in thickness, the white is thinner, the yellow is thicker, and the white tape of the printing quality is better than the yellow tape.
2, printing and film base
——The printing plate should be tightly sealed after the first printing
Improper storage after printing can also cause the printing plate to warp. Many printers will store the printing plate in a curled state, so that the edge and the base of the plate will produce tension. In general, the production process or the dismantled printing plate will appear in the stencil version, so the water will be on the edge of the printing plate, as long as the curl is stored. Water easily penetrates into the printing plate, causing the tape to be tack-free, resulting in a tilt. Therefore, after the first printing is completed, the printing plate should be tightly sealed to avoid the occurrence of the embossing.
3, printing plate and roller
——Locking device on the drum
Loose locking plates on the rollers can also cause the printing plate to warp. When the locking device is loose, when the printing plate is printed after installation, the printing plate will be tightly pressed, so that the printing plate will start to heat up for a long time. Once the heat is too large, the viscosity will decrease, and to a certain extent, the printing plate will be detached, resulting in printing embossing. Therefore, the lock plate device must be checked regularly and cannot be loosened. Once loose, it will affect the printing quality, such as ghosting, deinking, and dot blocking.
Summary: There are many reasons for the printing version of the anti-plate, improper use of materials, improper operation of personnel, equipment reasons, etc., but for a good company, the incidence of stencil can be very well controlled.
