The rapid development of the printing and publishing system has caused the manual plate making to disappear in a short period of time. With the emergence of the computerized workflow of the plate making technology, the manual equipment that has been smashed for a while is gradually disappearing. It is precisely because of the adoption of computer and high-tech direct publishing system that the environmental problems of the plate making workshop have been raised. The formerly used for hand-collecting, nesting, opening of red tear film, white film base, etc. Say goodbye to the workshop. The plate-making environment is a big issue, and the environment of the plate-making workshop has a very important impact on the health, mental state and product quality of the staff.

From a local perspective, a clean and tidy working environment is the most important foundational project to reduce waste, increase productivity and reduce product defect rates. In some well-known plate-making companies, not only the overall layout is aesthetically pleasing, but also the ergonomics of employees' work status, so that every work point gives a comfortable feeling.

 The average person thinks that the workshop is to roar and the sound of the human beings, in order to show the busyness of production, but now the opposite is true, especially the need for the plate making workshop is no longer noisy, but more quiet, but it is not a thing to be quiet. Easy thing. In a number of factors affecting the environment, we have chosen seven aspects of temperature, humidity, dust, smell, lighting, noise, and radiation.

First, the right temperature makes people feel refreshed and the equipment works smoothly.

The fluctuations of temperature not only affect people's emotions, but also the natural enemies of equipment. People in different work areas have different temperature requirements, but the appropriate temperature generally does not cause people to feel irritated, and the working equipment - In particular, the electronic optical systems of the electric extension and the photo-aligning machine all adopt high-precision glass lenses. Due to the influence of temperature changes, water mist is easily generated on the surface of the lens, which leads to a decrease in the definition of the electric extension machine. Although some manufacturers have a large degree of tolerance, in practice, it should be considered to maintain a constant value within its tolerance. Usually, the plate making workshop is divided into a production center, an output center, and an electric sub-center. The heat dissipation of the equipment has an inconsistent effect on the space, and the required temperature values are also different, but they must be kept within the standard range.

Second, proper humidity can eliminate static fatigue of people and machines

Humidity reacts to the amount of moisture in the air, expressed as a percentage. The moisture content is too high, generally considered to be more than 80%, people feel more humid, the surface capacity of the machine produces water drops, especially in the machine near the ground part, not easy to maintain, the time is prone to rust; and the moisture content is too low, generally It is considered that less than 40%, people feel dry, and the machine runs very easily to generate static electricity. From the working state of the equipment, the upper and lower pieces of the phototypesetting machine are easily affected by static electricity, and if the corresponding static elimination equipment is not paid during maintenance, It is easy to cause electrostatic breakdown of the electronic circuit; the proof is affected by the humidity, the paper is easily deformed, resulting in inaccurate overprinting and dot enlargement. It is generally regulated by industrial humidification and industrial dehumidifiers to control the percentage of humidity.

Third, the gradual accumulation of dust is the enemy of the equipment in the process of operation

Dust not only directly affects people's breathing, but also in the case of excessive dust, computer and plate making equipment are extremely vulnerable. Due to the extremely fine dust in the workshop, it is easily affected by the exhaust air dissipating device of the computer and the photo-discharging equipment. It is easy to accumulate on the circuit board and the air inlet. The accumulated dust can become a transient conductor if it is disturbed by the external temperature and humidity. Most electronic components are broken down and the short circuit of the board is caused by the accumulation of dust. To solve the problem of dust accumulation in the workshop, the main purpose is to keep the ground clean and prevent the invasion of foreign dust. In addition, the computer and electronic equipment should be regularly dusted and the surface maintenance of all equipment should be guaranteed.

4. Odor is the most sensitive reaction of human beings. Although the machine can't distinguish the smell, the irritating gas can directly damage the machine.

In the plate making workshop, there are three main sources of odor: on the one hand, various cleaning and manuscript liquids in the electric sub-station, because they are not toxic and spread rapidly in the flowing air, it is not easy to affect people (but some The cleaning agent must wear gloves during the operation and ensure that it does not flow to the surface of the metal object);
