The phenomenon of ribs in the process of carton printing often occurs, and basically every company will encounter it. How to solve the printed ribs pattern in a comprehensive way? In fact, it can be solved from the three aspects of paper feeding, printing plate and scraper.

Paper feeding section
The paper feeding part also causes the occurrence of ribs, such as the paper feed gap is too small when the production debugging is adjusted, causing the paperboard to collapse, and the surface of the paperboard will be uneven, especially at the peak. At the same time, since the corrugated cardboard is crushed, the printing pressure must be increased, so that printing will cause the printed ribs to occur. If the intelligent paperless roller system is adopted, the surface roughness of the paperboard can be ensured by avoiding the mistake of personnel operation and the fact that the paper feed roller does not cause any pressing on the paperboard. The stiffness of the cardboard is good, and the printing pressure is also reduced, so that the best printing results can be obtained.

Conventional printing plate making dots are bumps, and the display of dots is mainly controlled by printing pressure. When the printing pressure is too large, the loss rate of the dot will occur, especially in the case where the expansion rate of the peak point of the cardboard is higher than that of the groove, so the osteogenesis phenomenon occurs when the expansion rate of the dot is different. Scraper
Due to the thicker ink layer scraped by the doctor blade, rib peeling and printing paste phenomenon may occur. The ink layer is thickly pressed on the printing plate. Due to the different frictional force between the printing plate and the paperboard, the amount of ink transfer is also different. In particular, the frictional force on the peak is large, and when the ink is thick, the printing plate is inked here, resulting in The phenomenon of ribs. If the ink-jet blade system can solve the problem of ink layer thickness, the thickness of the ink layer can be controlled by air pressure, and the ink flow speed can be adjusted to ensure the smoothness of the ink, and the generation of the rib line can be greatly reduced.
