In the process of printing, if the temperature and humidity of the printing paper are not well controlled, it is likely to hinder the whole printing process due to the phenomenon of stuffiness. The printing machine is very sensitive to paper, if the temperature and humidity are not well controlled, it is easy to make the paper ruffles, which will have an impact on the printing paper and the overprinting of printed products. How to regulate the humidity of the printing paper in the printing plant When the machine is printing normally, the paper feeding head, the pre-gauge, the pull gauge, the paper feeding system and the pre-gauge detection system cooperate closely, but due to the paper reasons or adjustment failures, several or even a dozen pieces of paper enter the impression cylinder and the rubber cylinder to cause a sudden stop, which is called a stuffy car, which has a fatal impact on the printing machine, so it needs to attract the attention of printing workers. The main reasons for the stuffiness are: First, the gap is not well adjusted, including between the paper feeding head and the paper feeding platen, and between the paper feed roller and the paper feed roller of the mechanical double sheet controller. The height adjustment of the pressing sheet at the front end of the paper feeding plate is not suitable, and it is generally the thickness of 3 sheets of printing paper. Or the ultrasonic double-sheet controller and the pendulum mechanism fail, resulting in multiple double-sheeting. The second is that the adhesion of the paper makes several sheets of paper suck up at the same time for transportation, because the ink layer of the printed product is too thick or the paper is deformed. The third is the stuffy car accident, when the printing machine is working normally, if the paper arrives at the front gauge early, late, skewed, missing corners, curling edges, and lack of paper, the photoelectric detection immediately orders the pre-gauge to stop swinging, in order to prevent the paper from entering the cylinder again. At the same time, the swing paper delivery teeth do not hold the paper, the machine slows down, the drum is depressurized, the plate ink roller is lifted, the water transfer roller, and the ink roller stop swinging. If the electrical control line fails, it is easy to roll a stack of paper between the embossing cylinder and the rubber cylinder, and a stuffy car accident will occur. Therefore, printing enterprises must have a special paper library, so that the temperature and humidity of the storage place is close to the printing workshop, so that the paper is cut and printed on the machine, which has little impact on the printing quality and can ensure smooth paper feeding.
