When the anodized aluminum is pressed by the hot stamping plate and the substrate, the hot melt silicone resin layer and adhesive on the anodized aluminum are melted by heating, and the viscosity of the heated and melted silicone resin becomes smaller, and the viscosity of the special thermal adhesive increases after being heated and melted, so that the aluminum layer and the anodized aluminum base film are peeled off and transferred to the substrate at the same time. As the pressure is removed, the adhesive cools and solidifies rapidly, and the aluminum layer adheres firmly to the substrate, completing a hot stamping process. The process flow of hot stamping includes: hot stamping preparation - plate loading - pad plate - adjusting hot stamping process parameters - hot stamping test - sample signing - formal hot stamping.
