    The PET film is thin and easy to wrinkle, so it requires a large tension during printing, and a special ink resistant to high temperature cooking is required, and it is necessary to always pay attention to whether the film is static.     NY is the most difficult material to print, it is easy to absorb moisture and the tension is extremely unstable. Therefore, the packaging film can not be damaged when it is not printed; it is necessary to pay attention to the test environment humidity before printing, it is best to take dehumidification measures; print immediately after opening the packaging film, and can not ignore a process - preheating, preheating temperature control at 50 —80~C, without preheating equipment, the printing equipment can be flexibly used, and the first color group can be vacated as a preheating device; the tension should be appropriately reduced during the printing process; after printing, it must be sealed and put into the curing chamber for curing 2 - 3 days, then compound as soon as possible.


   Whether printing PET or printing NY, the focus of control is ink. It mainly includes the following two aspects.


    (1) Adjustment of ink printing suitability. Includes viscosity. Adjustment of color density. Viscosity auto adjuster adjustment is available to increase work efficiency. The regulator can add solvent according to a preset value to keep the viscosity of the ink unchanged. However, the color concentration of the ink should not be treated with a solvent; in the light, it should be adjusted with a special medium;


    (2) Closely monitor the effects of active particles. When printed for a certain period of time, the ink will produce a lot of reactive groups, which will combine with the chromium ions of the gravure cylinder. When these combinations appear in the shallow part of the gradation plate, the bonding force will hinder the transfer of the ink. Causing blocking. Flowering point. Therefore, manufacturers should not worry about the cost at this time, and can add an appropriate amount of activity slowing agent CHY-1 type adjuvant.
