It is estimated that the PLC has failed, and I plan to ask Heidelberg to repair it. However, considering the cost, I will make a technical change myself. The brief schemes to be implemented are summarized below and shared with peers.
First, carefully check each input and output signal of the PLC before recording the original PLC, record the usual operation methods and procedures, clarify the definition, and the normal operation and performance of the machine, in order to fully recover the various The function and the use of the operator are well laid. The specific operations are as follows:
1. The device is in the standby state, the green light on all the operation panels flashes, it can be turned on; press the emergency stop or open the safety door, all the red lights are on, the green light is off; the power can not be turned on and jogged; the printing unit bumper is opened, the bumper indicator The red light is on and you can only click on the group of printing units.
2. The machine is in the standby state, the folding machine can not be turned forward and reverse; if the folding machine is closed, it can not be reversed. At this time, press the positive button, the ring will not let go, then press the Slower button. Can enter the long car.
3. When the machine enters the long-wheel state, it can be pressed, and the machine accelerates after the pressure. When the speed reaches 10%, the brush motor turns, combines the water, inks, and opens the oil pump; when the speed reaches 20%, the paper break detection When the machine is working, when the speed is reduced to the lowest speed, press the parking button to stop and automatically depressurize.
4. When the machine is jogging, press the jog button to ring for 4 seconds, the machine will rotate forward, release and then correct, it should not ring again, and the machine can turn forward immediately; if the clutch is disengaged, click the opposite point, The status is the same as the punctuality, which is convenient for the operator to complete the operation of the upper plate, the blanket, the cleaning blanket, and the like.
When the input signal is cleaned according to the original picture, it is found that the input signal is all AC 110V. However, because the market is difficult to purchase the PLC of Mitsubishi Corporation with AC 110V as the input signal, AC 110V relay is used for signal conversion. Can be solved. Finally, 12 input signals and 16 output signals are synthesized. Among them, 5 signals are DC 24V and others are AC 110V. Considering that we are doing technical improvements, it is inevitable that there is the possibility of losing the original function of the machine, so choose the PLC of the relay output type.
In summary, draw a ladder diagram of electrical control. According to the ladder diagram, input the command, connect the line, check the error, send the power, turn on the machine, check the performance after reaching the expected target, put into production so far, the electrical operation is normal and stable.
