Fault 1: Brake device malfunction, machine speed after starting
Cause: 1 circuit failure; 2 brake device misalignment (too loose); 3 brake device copper pad is damaged.
Repair:
1 Check the brake circuit to eliminate the fault;
2 Loosen the brake to adjust the end cap set screw, adjust the end cap clockwise by an angle, and then tighten the set screw;
3 Carefully disassemble the brake and replace the copper pad If there is no spare part, it can be replaced by 0.3mm thick brass or PS plate. The disassembly and disassembly must be cautious to avoid new failure due to misplacement or poor assembly. Due to space limitations, detailed disassembly and adjustment methods are omitted.
Fault 2: The main engine can't run or it is good or bad, there is heat between them, but the transmission is normal.
Cause:
1 The main motor of the circuit or commutator is faulty;
2 The brake device is out of adjustment (too tight);
3 The brake device is not well maintained, too much dirt, and the chip gap is filled;
4 Cause 2 3 Not repaired in time or other reasons The brake generates too much heat, the inner core steel sheet fails to deform, the resistance increases sharply, and the main engine stops.
Repair:
1 Check the circuit motor to eliminate the fault;
2 Loosen the brake end cap set screw and turn it counterclockwise to a certain angle and then fasten it;
3 Disassemble the brake, clean the parts and assemble according to the correct steps;
4 Replace the steel partially or completely Chips and copper.
Fault 3: When the main engine is running normally, the jog wheel will follow the turn, or the time will stop.
Causes:
1 Circuit failure, or improper contact gap of the limit switch;
2 The clearance between the end face of the excitation wire package and the end face of the jog wheel is too small, the rear displacement is tight or the foreign object is tight, and the friction is followed;
3 Jog device bearing failure;
4 If the time is stopped and the heat is generated, the wheel elastic steel plate is mostly deformed or invalid.
Repair:
1 Inspection circuit and switch;
2 Remove foreign matter, correctly install excitation wire package and jog wheel, so that the gap between the two ends is 0.4
~0.7mm, measured with a feeler gauge, 0.4mm is loose, 0.7mm can be;
3 Check cleaning or replacement of bearings;

Fault 4: The machine is malfunctioning, but the operation function is normal.
Reason:
1 Jog circuit failure;
2 If the clutch reacts with the power supply when it is turned on and off, and is accompanied by heat, the end face of the wheel and the wire package is too large, and the magnetic torque is relatively small, so that the end cover and the wheel are not sucked. Tightly and relatively sliding, the orthogonal cutting magnetic lines generate eddy currents, causing the wheel and coil to heat up. If it is not timely, it will burn out the clutch or spring piece;
3 The braking torque is too large.
Repair:
1 Check the jog circuit;
2 Adjust the clearance between the clutch and the disc, the method is the same as before;

Fault 5: Jog synchronous toothed belt break
Reason:
1 year of fatigue and break;
2 improper maintenance, oil immersion rubber aging, or accidental force break.
Repair:

Fault 6: The delivery drive is unstable
Reason:
1 The chain is too loose or too tight.
2 The chain is severely worn and fails, the pitch becomes longer, and when the cumulative error is too large, the sprocket can be damaged.
Repair:
1 Check the adjustment of the center distance of the sprocket to make the elastic tight;
2 When the wear is serious, replace the new chain with the figure number: 47.014.015; or the external processing chain according to the D/N standard; or redesign the sprocket chain according to the national standard. . Fault 7: The delivery tray is oscillating, and the tooth row is skewed.

Repair:
1 Ream the shaft sleeve on the trampoline, use 40Cr as the pin shaft, and quench the grinding;

Fault 8: The delivery paper is not tight
Causes:
1 The fixing screw is loose;
2 The fang spring is invalid;
3 The tooth is worn;

Fault 9: rotten paper when the tooth is transferred to the paper
Reasons:
1 The whole row of fangs is uneven, not on the same line;

Repair:
1 Level the entire row of pads;
2 Replace the pin on the end of the tightened teeth to correct the row of teeth;

Fault 11: The roller cannot be clutched (one or more sets)
Cause:
1 Circuit failure;

Repair:

Fault 13: The delivery slow motor does not turn
Cause:

Fault 16: Large compression spring on the oscillating paper feeder
Cause: Fatigue breaks.
Repair:
