Fault seven. The machine can't feed paper, the empty car is running normally, but it stops when it feeds.


The reason:

1. There is something wrong with the paper feeding circuit or the paper feed transmission mechanism;

2. The position switch of the limit switch (paper feed) is out of adjustment;

3. The adhesive layer on the front end of the paper feeding jaw is seriously worn;

4. The clamping force of the jaw is not enough;

5. The torsion spring of the dentition row is invalid;


Troubleshooting method:

1. Check the paper feeding circuit and transmission mechanism;

2. Adjust the limit switch contact to the normal position;

3. Replace the tooth piece or the mapping process, the rubber or polyurethane glue can be bonded on the tooth piece.

Emergency method: remove the residual glue layer on the tooth piece, apply the acetone solution to the oil treatment with a brush, and then use the 502 glue to stick the cut piece of 0.5mm thick silicone cloth (or thick blanket, leather, canvas). For a while, please try it;

4. Remove the tooth piece, bend it a little to the inside, increase the elastic force, and then tighten the fixing screw firmly;

5. Replace the paper feeding torsion spring, surveying and mapping processing. The structural dimensions are steel wire φ1.2mm, spring outer diameter φ16mm, working length 25mm lap number 17, working torsion angle φ140.

Analysis: The downtime caused by cause 3, although very obvious, it is not easy to judge quickly and accurately if it is encountered for the first time. Sometimes it is a waste of time and no progress. Because the paper feeding device is special, the domestic equipment does not have this structure, and the foreign models are rarely used, so it is often ignored and ignored. Moreover, there is a limit to judge the wear failure of the tooth. Please do a small test. Immediately, we can conclude that 2 pieces of 5X5mm medical tape are cut, the center is cut into small round holes, and it is glued to two smashed pieces. When the paper is normal, the problem is that the gingival piece wears out if it sticks 2~3 layers of tape. It is normal to start feeding the paper, indicating that the clamping force of the molar is not enough.


Fault eight. The ink-jet roller is peeled off and the ink is uneven.


The reason: The squeegee blade is scratched and expanded.

Repair method is the same as HDl02V machine.



Fault nine. The impression cylinder and the transfer roller are broken.


The reason:

1. The force is uneven when the teeth are leveled;

2. External force collision.


Troubleshooting method:


1. Replace new parts;

2. Surveying and processing. Pay attention to the quality of heat treatment to make it wearable and tough.


Fault ten. The print bite is torn, broken, bite, etc.


The reason:

1. The same row of teeth is not flush (such as the oscillating paper feeder, impression cylinder, paper transfer roller, and the delivery squeegee), so that the paper is creased and torn at the time of the two-to-two handover and the same row of paper. .

2. The improper transfer time of the oscillating paper and the impression cylinder is caused by the wear of the cam to control the cam. This causes the handover to lead or lag, and the "zero speed" handover cannot be achieved, and the paper is smashed or wrinkled. ;

3. The working surface of the oscillating paper feeder and the open cam plate is seriously worn, resulting in a change in the amount of teeth opened during the paper feeding, and the handover time is also shortened, and the paper is easily torn, wrinkled, and the mouth is small;

4. The stepped small shaft (69.013.045shouldered screw) has one end screwed to the wall panel, and the other end provides support for the bump. After a period of use, fatigue wear occurs. When the wear is severe, or the needle bearing on it fails, The position of the working surface of the cam plate is changed, and the paper passing time is shortened;

5. Normally, by fine-tuning the eccentric shaft (Fig. 69.013.047 Ellentric shaft). Changing the length of the connecting rod can compensate for the displacement of the cam working surface caused by the cause, correcting the effect, but because the eccentricity is only 2mm, the compensation amount is very Small. If the eccentric shaft is seriously worn, or the needle shaft on it fails, the cam working surface will also be displaced, resulting in rotten paper;

6. When the locking bolt (figure No. 52.022.133 latch) is loose or the fixed cam opening block is seriously worn, the relative position of the swaying paper feeder and the paperboard will be changed, resulting in the opening of the paper. When you bite the paper, or can't hold the paper;

7. One-color printing of the transfer cylinder III open-tooth roller bearing damage, or the open cam wear, or the loosening of the fixing bolt, or the failure of the closed compression spring, etc., will cause the rotten paper when the paper is transferred to the two-color impression cylinder Wrinkled paper

8. The paper is thin; the static electricity is serious, the temperature and humidity of the environment are not appropriate.


Troubleshooting method


1. Check and adjust the flat teeth and tension of each row;

2. Open the cover of the drive side machine, loosen the lock nut, use the wrench to turn the eccentricity (clock number 42.013.014 Ellentricstud) slowly in the clockwise direction, shake the machine, and observe the swinging paper and impression cylinder while adjusting the side. The paper is handed over (should be handed over at a zero speed, and there is a small piece of paper that clamps the paper at the same speed forward time) and is adjusted to no longer tear the paper. If the paper is wrinkled or the size of the bite is not suitable during the adjustment process, the eccentricity can be rotated counterclockwise by a small angle, and repeated several times to adjust to the fault elimination or partial elimination to achieve the adjustment of the eccentricity. best effect". Then according to the situation, adjust the maintenance according to the following methods 8 and 5 until the faults are all eliminated. In fact, this is a multi-factor optimization problem, we use the direct judgment and exploration optimization method.

Most of the printing industry in China used this method for maintenance. Because in the printing process, the relevant variable factors are more and unstable, the objective function is not easy to determine, it is difficult to establish a complete mathematical model, it is difficult to select the optimal adjustment amount by numerical optimization method through analysis and calculation, so it has to be based on accumulation. The empirical skills and intuitive judgments make logical judgments through experiments. This method is effective, but it has higher requirements for the technical quality of maintenance personnel;

3. Repair the worn cam working surface by brush plating or welding repair, figure No. 69.013.044 Lerercam;

4. Replace the small shaft and damaged needle bearing (Fig. 69.013.045shoulderedscrew), or surveying and processing, select 40cr steel, heat treatment hardness is HRC45~50; bearing can process copper sleeve substitute;

5. Replace the eccentric shaft (69.013.047 Ellentricshaft) and needle bearing, or the mapping copper sleeve (nylon) instead of the bearing, the eccentric shaft with 40Cr steel, heat treatment HRC45-50;

6. Brush plating or welding repair cam and locking bolt 52.022.133latch;

7. Replace the bearing and choose domestic bearing 1007# or 27# instead. Note that when using type 27 emergency, sometimes two bearings can be used side by side to increase the strength, only need to make a long shaft; or replace the compression spring, the rest are the same 6 methods;

8. Replace or refill the paper.


Fault eleven. Imprinting is not allowed


The reason:

1. The side rules are out of balance, which can cause misalignment of the left and right overprints.

2. The front rules are not flat or the positioning is unstable, which may cause misregistration before and after;

3. The random vibration of the cause 6 of the above example can make the overprinting misaligned and irregular;

4. The vibration caused by the reasons 4 and 5 in the above example makes the paper feeding paper unstable, uneven, overprinted and irregular;

5. The random vibration caused by the cause 7 of the above example can cause the two-color overprinting to be misaligned.


Troubleshooting method:

1. Carefully adjust the side gauges so that the paper is in place and aligned;

B. The length of the front gauge and the drop are controlled by the length adjustment of the tie rod (42.022.130Rod);

C. The front set position is made accurate by the limit block fine adjustment screw (42.022.111);

Note: The above troubleshooting methods are also of reference for the Heidelberg M-series offset press.
