1. In gravure printing, since the tape is always subjected to tension, the tape has a certain tensile deformation during printing, especially the printing of plastic film. In order to solve the registration problem, generally when making the gravure cylinder The plate roll diameters of the various color plates will be appropriately increased. On the other hand, there may be some errors due to the roll. Therefore, when considering the color sequence arrangement of the gravure printing, it is necessary to arrange the plate roll having the smallest diameter in the first color printing, and the plate roll having the largest diameter is arranged in the last printing, and the two are sequentially arranged in an increasing order.
2. For the printed products in gravure printing, according to the order of the ink colors, first print the light color, then print the dark color. Generally, the color plates of the three primary color inks are arranged in order: white-yellow-magenta-cyan-black.
3. For the printing products in gravure printing, according to the order of the ink colors, the dark color is printed first, then the light color is printed. Generally, the arrangement of the three primary color ink color plates is: black-green-magenta-yellow-white.
4. In gravure printing, whether it is printing or printing, when printing with a spot color, the general color sequence arrangement is arranged at the same position as the three primary color inks, while when printing gold and silver spot colors, it is generally After the first color, because the gold and silver spot color ink is printed on the substrate B inch, the printed mark line and the mark line printed by other color inks are slightly lighter, which is not easy to be tracked by the photoelectric sensor, thus affecting the printing.
