The equipment for carton pre-printing is a large-unit gravure printing machine, and the auxiliary equipment is a computer controlled cross-cutting and slitting of the corrugated paper production line. The pre-printed facial tissue is placed on the surface of the corrugated board line. After the process of sizing, veneering, flattening, drying, cutting, etc., it is finally made into colored cardboard, after die-cutting, sticking, etc. The processing process completes the carton production.
The important configuration of the gravure printing carton pre-printing production line is the cross-cutting of the computer on the corrugated board production line. The cross-cutting knife of the corrugated board production line must be equipped with the identification cross-cutting control function. The control principle is to identify the printed pattern of the corrugated board by the photoelectric eye. The cross-cut mark transmits the time when the cross-cut mark reaches the photoelectric eye to the control computer, and then the control computer controls the cross-cut time to accurately cut the corrugated cardboard at the pattern boundary.
1. Ink and varnish: The ink used in the pre-printed gravure printing machine is mainly alcohol-soluble ink or gravure ink for water-based paper. When the pre-printed paper is flattened and dried on the corrugated paper production line, the ink is required to have high temperature and abrasion resistance, otherwise the colored surface will be pulled or dragged.
2. Plate: The pre-printed plate is made of steel chrome-plated electric gravure. The number of gravure mesh lines can reach more than 300 lines. It is completely suitable for dot-printing of solid printing and tone transition. The gravure of paper printing is more than that of ordinary plastic printing. The gravure is deeper in the cavity when engraving. The glazing roller can be used with a fixed number of wire rollers and a shaftless drive.
3. Paper: Gravure preprinted substrates must use coated white paper with good surface smoothness, good printability and stable moisture content (6%-7%). The imported coated cattle card and the domestic gray bottom whiteboard can meet the paper-receiving requirements of high-grade colored corrugated box paper.
