There are also many factors that cause the left and right chromatic aberration of the printed products. For example, the pressure of the left and right rubber rollers is not uniform, the left and right squeegees are not leveled, and the pressure is not flattened when the plate is loaded, so that the pressure between the left and right rubber rollers is uneven. Here we mainly discuss how to determine the plate problem and how to eliminate the plate factor.
In the plate making process, especially when the full version is in the field, the electric carving is easy to change the dot size from left to right. Generally, the normal left and right error is within 0.3 wire. If the deviation is too large, the left and right color difference will occur. The following methods can be used to rule out the reasons for plate making:
1. Put the printed matter together with the gravure proofing to see if the depth and the shallowness are consistent. If it is consistent, it can basically be determined as a printing plate problem.
2. The plate roll is adjusted to the left and right to re-level the plate. After the machine is turned on, observe whether the two prints are the same in depth. If the depth is the same, the plate problem can be basically determined.
3. The biggest feature of the problem with plate making is that it is fixed, no matter how you adjust it, it will still be in place.
For example, in actual work, we have encountered that the surface of the plate roller can not be cleaned by dry cleaning, which results in water-stained marks after printing. In this case, the water stain can be wiped with 5% hydrochloric acid. If it still can't be processed, return to the plate making factory.
