1 Subject content and scope of application

This standard specifies the paper packaging and markings selected by the production and use department, and should be indicated in the order contract. If there are special requirements, the corresponding sections of the product standard can be added.

This standard applies to the packaging and marking of flat paper, web, and paper transported by various transportation methods.

2 Reference standard

GB 191 packaging storage and transportation instructions.

3 packaging of flat paper

a. Flat paper has the following six packaging methods:

b. wood plywood packaging;

c. wooden box or carton packaging;

d. strip wood plywood packaging;

e. frame board packaging;

f. Flexible packaging;

g. Folded and folded each other.

3.1 wood plywood packaging

3.1.1 When packaging with wooden plywood, pack the paper into small packets, each of which can be 500, 250 or 125 sheets.

The small bag is packaged in a kraft paper with a sizing degree of not more than 30, a basis weight of not less than 60 g, or a kraft paper having a basis weight of not less than 40 g. Both ends of the wrapper should be folded over the end of the paper bag.

3.1.2 The net weight of each piece of flat paper is not more than 250kg or as specified in the order contract.

3.1.3 Outer packaging

The paper consisting of small packets must be packaged in no less than three layers of 80g wrapper or four layers of 80g kraft paper.

Both ends of the wrapper should be folded over at the end of the paper.

When packaging high-grade printing paper, the second layer of wrapping paper must be moisture-proof or use a plastic film to protect it from moisture.

3.1.4

Paper should be placed between two wooden splints, which should be covered with a layer of moisture-proof paper or plastic film and a layer of 310 yellow cardboard, or other substitute packaging.

Wood splints should meet the following requirements:

The thickness of the wooden plywood is not less than 12 mm, the width of the veneer is not less than 70 mm, the thickness is not less than 30 mm or the width of the veneer is not less than 80 mm, and the thickness is not less than 24 mm.

The length and width of the wooden splint should be 5-10 mm larger than the size of the paper;

The moisture of the wood splint does not exceed 20%;

The surface of the wooden plywood shall be flat, and the nail shall not protrude on the surface of the wooden plywood. The joint shall not exceed 5 mm, and the surface of the veneer shall not have a hole with a diameter greater than 30 mm;

A wooden belt and a plurality of horizontal wooden belts are added to each wooden plywood. The number of horizontal wooden belts is determined according to the length of the paper. Four lengths are used for 1000mm or more, and three for 1000mm or less.

If necessary, appropriate measures to facilitate forklift loading and unloading can be used according to the order contract.

Use a piece of iron or a wire of not less than 10th. The iron sheet (iron wire) must be bundled in the center of the wood belt and should not be skewed. The tightness should be consistent. When the iron wire is used, the wire should be prevented from being embedded in the board to make the package loose. The twisted wire must be outward. The length of the button should not exceed 100mm. After tightening, turn the head. Bend into 90° and nail into the wooden slats. When using iron sheet, a groove should be cut at the corner of the iron sheet and the surface of the board to embed the iron sheet, and the joint of the iron sheet should be fixed by a buckle or overlap. The hitting piece should be strong, and the wrapping paper should not be broken and the paper skewed due to a slight external force.

3.2 Wooden box or carton packaging

3.2.1 Wrap the paper into small packets in accordance with the provisions of 3.1.1 of this standard.

Before packing, the wooden box or carton should be coated with a layer of moisture-proof paper or plastic film and a layer of kraft paper with a basis weight of 40-60g/m2. A layer of 310g/m2 yellow paperboard can also be added as required.

After the paper is loaded into the box, the end of the wrapping paper that protrudes from the box surface should be folded over the paper, and then a piece of wrapping paper and a layer of moisture-proof paper or plastic film are placed on it.

3.2.2 The wooden box is flattened and tied with two metal or nylon braids.

3.2.3 The style and size of the wooden box or carton are as specified in the order contract.

3.3 Strip wood plywood packaging

3.3.1 Pack the paper bag according to the provisions of 3.1.1 of this standard, and then carry out the outer packaging of the paper.

3.3.2 The packaging wood board is made up of slats. The thickness of the slats is not less than 12mm, the width is not less than 80mm, the thickness of the wooden strips is not less than 24mm, and the width is not less than 80mm. After the strip-shaped wooden splints are assembled, the gap between the slats and the slats is about 80 mm.

3.3.3 Outer packaging According to the provisions of 3.1.3 of this standard.

3.3.4 Parting According to the provisions of 3.1.4 of this standard.

3.4 Frame board packaging

3.4.1 According to the provisions of 3.1.1 of this standard, pack the paper into small packets and then carry out the outer packaging of the paper.

3.4.2 The frame plate is a Japanese-shaped wooden frame, and the frame plate is made of a slat having a thickness of 15-20 mm and a width of not less than 80 mm. The slats have a moisture content of no more than 20%. The horizontal bar must be placed at a distance of 80-100 mm from the edge, and a horizontal bar must be seated at the center of the two sides. The slats must be nailed and the nails should be bent and buried as flat as the slats. The length of the nail must be equal to the thickness of the nailed part plus a 6-11 mm bend length.

3.4.3 Outer packaging According to the provisions of 3.1.3 of this standard.

3.4.4 Parting According to the provisions of 3.1.4 of this standard.

When transporting in the city or short-distance outside the city, it can be wrapped into paper by flexible packaging.

3.5.1 Use paper in flexible packaging and pack the paper into small packets according to 3.1.1 of this standard. The paper is applied in five layers of no less than 60g/m2, a sizing degree of not less than 1mm, or a three-layer kraft paper with a basis weight of not less than 80g/m2 and a sizing degree of not less than 1.25mm.

3.5.2 Printing paper, cover paper, writing paper, drawing and other packaging should be lined with a layer of moisture-proof paper or plastic film.

3.5.3 Wrap and moisture-proof paper or plastic film should be folded over the ends of the paper and then fastened with a strong glue or tape.

3.6 folding double stacking

The folding method of folding the stack is applicable to the wrapping paper, and other paper types may be used as needed.

3.6.1 When folded in a stack, the stack shall be divided into approximately equal parts according to its height. Move the upper part to half the length of the paper, fold the exposed half of the lower paper up, and fold the upper half of the paper that is moved to one side. After folding, apply three sheets of packaging paper with a basis weight of not less than 60g/m2 or two packages of not less than 80g/m2 kraft paper. The two ends of the wrapping paper are folded on the surface of the paper bag, and then bundled in the longitudinal direction of the paper bag, and then bundled in two directions.
