The four-color machine prints the cover of the book, and then the J2108 type monochrome machine prints the cover and seals three. Sometimes there will be a situation where the back of the print is sometimes a large solid color block or a large area of shading. A strip of nearly 2cm long is dirty, and the color of the floating dirt is blue and red. This situation is often mistaken by some operators as the prints caused by the four-color machine are not dry and the back is dirty. In fact, when the unprinted paper on the Feida is inspected, it will be found that there is no dirty mark on the back of the paper. Observing the dirty marks carefully, I felt that the dirty marks were caused by the pressure on the front side of the graphic block, which was caused by the pressure on the back. The pressure was lightened and the prints were dirty. This dirty trace sometimes does not exist, mainly because some of the printed products do not dry, so it is easy to cause people to make false judgments.


A case of rubber roller repair


A four-color four-color MOV650 Heidelberg offset press, the rubber roller used in this machine has four specifications, but the geometrical dimensions of the rubber core of the rubber roller are the same, only the outer diameter of the rubber layer of the rubber roller is different. .


We know that after the rubber roller has been used for a certain period of time, the rubber layer must be replaced after the outer working surface of the rubber layer of the roller is worn to a certain extent (ie, the worn rubber layer is removed and replaced with a new rubber layer).


The outer diameters of the four types of rubber rollers mentioned above are 57mm, 55mm, 53mm, and 51mm, respectively. Under normal circumstances, when the outer diameter is reduced by ≤ 2mm after wear, it can be repaired by fine grinding. Use instead. That is, the rubber roller with a diameter of 57 mm is worn by fine grinding, and is changed to a diameter of 55 mm. After the use of the ruin, the diameter is changed to 53 mm, and the diameter is changed to 51 mm. Through three times of fine grinding repair processing and casing modification, the cost is saved and the rubber roller renewal cycle is shortened.
