Fault 1, air compressor sound is abnormal
When the machine is running normally, the air compressor sounds abnormally after the machine is turned off, the CP window displays the fault Q02...Q67, and the fault light flashes; the air compressor does not turn on; the whole machine power supply is closed again, the air compressor I can work again, but I stop after a while. After inspection, the air compressor power supply and control switch 15Q2 are normal, the relay K5 does not pull in, and the motor M5 does not work. Because K5 is signaled by the CP window and controlled by the board LVM002, the other pumps do not work when the fault occurs, so the fault is suspected to be on the main circuit. Measure Q5 (with auxiliary point three-pole control switch), the main line is normal but the auxiliary point is broken. After the control switch is reset, the auxiliary point is still broken. Short-circuit the auxiliary point with the electric pen and try again. K5 pulls M5, other pumps work and The sound is normal, so it is determined that there is a problem with the control switch, and the fault is eliminated after the new control switch is replaced.
Fault 2, alcohol dampening system failure
The CP window shows a problem with the alcohol concentration and the fault light is shining. The alcohol dampening system is independently controlled by an electric cabinet. 4F1 and 4F2 in the electric cabinet are power control switches, 6N1 is an alcohol controller, and there is a SIGN signal line. The working principle is: when the alcohol concentration does not reach the set value, the controller sends an alcohol-adding signal, the solenoid valve 8Y2 is sucked, and the alcohol is sucked into the controller through the suction nozzle 7B3. When checking the system, it was found that 6N1 issued an alcohol signal, the solenoid valve 8Y2 was sucked, and there was an action of sucking alcohol, but the suction force was very small. If the straw was directly inserted into the alcohol bottle, the alcohol could be sucked in, so it was suspected that the liquid line was faulty. It may be leaking or clogging. Remove the controller for cleaning and find that the suction hole of the solenoid valve is blocked. After cleaning, the fault is eliminated and the machine is running normally.
Fault 3, CP window display has no display
When the machine is working normally, the CP window display suddenly has no display, no graphics, no characters, just a red screen, but the button switch and indicator light on the operation panel are normal, the machine can be controlled to work normally, and the fault indicator is not lit. After checking, it is found that the control power supply 15Q62A is normal, the ZID (control console display) board is normal, and the DNK2 (display power supply board) is normal. Only a small circuit board EMP8 is on the DSK (display control board) (EPROM-Modul board number is 00.781. The plug of 3680) is loose. After turning off the power, plug the small circuit board plug and turn it on again. The CP window displays normally.
Fault analysis: The board controls the graphic display, but there is no fixing screw to fix it to the motherboard. It is only connected by plug and socket (there is a small plastic card). When the paper is vibrated due to paper or other reasons, the board may be Loose, especially obliquely loose, so the board design should be improved. To prevent this failure from happening again, the board can be secured with plastic tape.
Fault 4, CP window display pull gauge is not in place
After the power is turned on, the CP window fault indicator flashes, the specified pull-up icon flashes on the display, the position of the OS (operator side) is not reached, and there is only one direction of motion when adjusting, no fine-tuning signal.
Fault analysis: Pulling the specified position is completed by the two motors of 1M7 and 1M8. The 1M7 and 1R7 (Format setting pulllay DS) are the adjustment and feedback signals of the transmission side. The 1M8 and 1R8 (Format setting pulllay OS) are the operating edges. The adjustment and feedback signals, because the motor on the operating side has only one direction of motion, it is suspected that the feedback potentiometer is faulty. Remove the 1LVTl electrical box cover. Since the 1SSM1 and 2SSM1 can be interchanged, the circuit board number is 91.145.1051, so the method of interchange comparison can be used for troubleshooting. Measure the voltage of C1 and C2 in 1SSM1, and measure the starting point voltage to be 24V, and the fine-tuning is about 4V; while the 2S1 and A2 points of 2SSM1 are only 24V, there is no trimming voltage, and the 1R8 feedback potentiometer has normal resistance, which is 10kΩ. (Order number is 63.10.0399), and the X5 terminal block has a virtual connection. After the cable is re-fixed with the screwdriver, the fault is eliminated, so the fault is caused by a virtual connection.
