Specific methods
Under the premise of normal day maintenance, according to the structural characteristics of the four color groups of the equipment, the contents of monthly maintenance and half-year maintenance are decomposed into each week.
First, maintain a printing unit every week, including the following.
(1) All the ink rollers of the unit, it is important to check whether the rubber roller has calcification, whether the bearing is short of oil, and whether the pressure between the rollers is to be adjusted.
(2) Clean the roller row of the unit and refuel the open ball.
(3) Clean the drum cleaning unit of the unit.
(4) Remove the dirt accumulated in other parts of the unit.
Secondly, since the paper feeding portion is easy to accumulate paper dust, the delivery portion is easy to accumulate dust, and maintenance is required every week.
