1.There are two or more sheets in the paper.
1Cause: The paper stopper brush is too low or protrudes too much into the paper stack, so that the paper cannot be fully blown.
Remedy: Adjust the brush to the correct position and loosen the paper according to the operation and positioning requirements.
2 Reason: The paper is not enough for the suction nozzle, and the height of the loose paper nozzle is not appropriate.
Remedy: The suction wind (quantity) can be appropriately increased according to the nature and requirements of the paper; the loose paper mouthpiece can be loosened by blowing about 6 sheets of paper on the surface of the paper pile according to the positioning requirements.
3 Reason: The paper is thin and the suction volume is too large, and the paper below the first sheet is taken up.
Remedy: Appropriately reduce the amount of suction or change the rubber nozzle into a small suction nozzle that is suitable for thin paper.
4 Reason: The paper is not loose or there is adhesion on the paper side.
Remedy: Adjust the air volume of the mouthpiece to the standard level for the paper to be loosened according to the paper quality; the height of the paper pile and the normal work requirements are appropriate, and the interval between them is not too long; check whether there are sticky objects on the four sides of the paper pile and exclude them from loosening. normal work.
5 reasons: the front of the paper pile is too high.
Remedy: Reduce the height of the front side of the stack or use the wooden wedge method to make the lower part of the back of the stack higher than the front height.
2. The paper is skewed or broken (ie, leaking).
1Cause: The separation nozzle and the transfer roller have insufficient air intake, causing leakage.
Remedy: Increase the air volume of the separation nozzle and the transfer roller according to the paper or replace the large-circle rubber nozzle with large air volume.
2Cause: The separation nozzle and the transfer roller nozzle are not in good contact with the paper, and the suction surface of the nozzle is not parallel to the paper surface.
Remedy: Correctly adjust the surface smoothness of the paper and the coordination of the separation paper and the paper feed nozzle.
3 Reason: The skin nozzle is stained with ink or worn air; the nozzle or air path is blocked by paper dust or grease, causing the paper to leak when it is skewed during transportation.
Remedy: Always check and keep the rubber nozzle and gas path clean, and clean it at any time to ensure the smooth flow of the gas path; if the rubber nozzle is worn out, it should be replaced in time.
4 Reason: The paper pile is not flat, which makes paper suction difficult, causing the paper to be skewed after being sent out.
Remedy: Load the paper to be flat.
5 Reason: The air volume in front of the paper pile is insufficient, which makes the paper advance or difficult to send and causes the paper to be skewed.
Remedy: Increase the air volume of the presser foot and increase the front mouthpiece according to the paper.
6Cause: The pressure of the platen roller is inconsistent, the conveyor belt is not tight, and the pressure of some paper balls (or wheels) is not equal, and the paper is skewed after entering the paper feed shaft.
Remedy: According to the paper quality, adjust its position according to the operation positioning requirements.
3. The page number is not neat.
1Cause: The pressure of the paper ball (or platen roller) is inconsistent or the pressure is not appropriate.
Remedy: Adjust the pressure appropriately so that the pressure is consistent.
2 reasons: the punching knife is not sharp or the blade and the knife ring are not properly installed.
Remedy: Replace the hole cutter blade and set the distance between the blade and the knife ring at the correct spacing.
3 Reason: The length of the positioning needle (ie the needle) on the folding knife is not appropriate.
Remedy: Adjust the positioning pin appropriately so that the length is the same.
4 Reason: The folding knife and the folding roller are not parallel, and there is a sound rubbing against the folding roller.
Remedy: Adjust the folding knife edge to align the gap between the two folding rollers and ensure that it is parallel to the axis of the folding roller.
5 Reason: The transmission belt is inconsistent in tension, and there is a broken or broken mouth.

4. The length of the paper on the signature is not too long or skewed.
1 Reason: The height of the ends of the folding knife is inconsistent, that is, it is not parallel with the folding roller.
Remedy: Adjust the axis of the folding knife and the folding roller in parallel so that the height of the ends of the folding sheet is consistent when pressed into the gap of the folding roller.
2 Reason: The ends of the folding roller are not tight, that is, the spacing of the pair of folding rollers is not equal.
Remedy: Adjust the axis of the pair of folding rollers to make them parallel.
3 reasons: the adjustment of a certain fold is not appropriate.
Remedy: Check the rules of each fold in turn and make adjustments.
4 Reason: The punching knife is not installed properly.

6. Blocked or torn pages in sheet conveyance.

7. There is an error in the skewing and crease of the punching knife.
