Domestic flexographic printing is also growing, but it is still in the development stage. In this development process, various manufacturers are also accumulating experience. However, since offset printing and gravure printing have a long development time in China, most people in the subconscious are using offset printing samples or gravure samples as standards, and using such a standard to look at other printing methods.

Designed for different printing styles, such as flexo design, multi-color spot color can be designed, because flexo printing is based on anilox roller, which is more stable than offset printing and gravure ink transfer. Since the registration accuracy is worse than offset printing, it is usually the case that the offset printing is only ymck four colors, and many small characters are overprinted with two or three colors. If flexo printing also uses multicolor to overprint small text, the effect is definitely not good, so you can make a spot color for printing. This not only reduces the problem of overprinting, but also stabilizes the color of the text.

Reasonable craftsmanship also has a great impact on printing. Since more flexo products are now transferred from the original offset or gravure, we have to change the process, such as the following sample, which was originally concave. If the print is printed in a single color, the ink layer is not as gravure as it is on the ground, so we need to do two-color printing on the spot, so that the spot can be printed and the gravure is close to the spot. After the computer file is processed, we need to output the file to the film. The flexographic plate-making film requires the use of frosted film. When vacuuming during the plate making process, the surface of the film has a slight frosting, which is conducive to the discharge of air. The film is closely attached to the plate, and the pattern produced by the film does not deform. Due to cost considerations, some plate-making companies use a film without scrubs (commonly known as "light film"). The version that comes out of this is often due to suction problems. The dots, texts are thicker or the partial white pattern is lighter. The strokes are not clear.
The flexographic plate-making film requires a density in the range of 4.0-4.3, and the output is a negative image, while the offset film generally has a density of about 3.5, some lower, and the output is a positive image; if the density is too low, when exposed, The light will pass through the black area of the film, resulting in insufficient depth of the graphic when washing, the yang text becomes thicker, and the white text becomes ambiguous. At the same time, we require that the film white film should be below 0.07, otherwise it will affect the quality of the printed plates.
Since the elongation of the printing plate must be compensated for during flexographic printing, the film must be deformed according to the printing circumference of the customer. Therefore, if the film directly takes the offset printing product, it is not acceptable. On the one hand, it is a positive image, on the other hand, the offset printing product is not deformed on the film.
