Because the hot stamping material used by the web hot stamping machine is a seamless print, and the temperature is very high (about 250 °C) during hot stamping, if the change in the thickness of the hot stamping plate is not fully considered, there will be an error in the hot stamping process between the hot stamping plate and the printed matter, and finally the equipment can not complete the hot stamping process, so the expansion coefficient of the copper alloy must be taken into account in the production process of the web hot stamping plate.

The thickness matching problem with the concave-convex hot stamping plate roller: after the hot stamping plate roller is heated to the normal hot stamping temperature, the size of the hot stamping plate surface to the center of the cylinder should be exactly the same as the distance from the bottom plate surface to the corresponding roller center
The diameter of the two cylinders is required to be exactly the same, so the thickness of the bottom die should also be strictly controlled, otherwise the linear speed will not match, the upper and lower plates will be misplaced, and the concave and convex hot stamping process will not be realized.
