1. When I bought the Shanghai Goss four-color machine for more than one month, there was a “bar” on the printed product. This “bar” is not a horizontal bar (parallel to the drum axis) but several vertical bars. Small and regular throughout the surface of the print. Printing has been good before. Because it is a new machine, the mechanical problems such as the roller gear and bearing wear are preliminarily eliminated; the four inking rollers are inspected, and the four ink rollers and the ink roller of the ink roller are all in compliance with the specified values; Whether the paper is flat or not, the result is no problem. Later, it was unintentionally found that there was a strip of glue in the circumferential direction of the bucket roller. It is suspected that the glue caused unevenness in the water, which caused the print to appear "bars", wipe the rubber traces, and then try to print, "bars" eliminate.
The problem was solved, but after a few days, the glue of the bucket roller appeared again. At first, when it was suspected that the seal was sealed, the sealant glue accidentally hit the bucket roller. However, no matter how carefully the seal is applied, there is always a trace on the water fountain roller. Moreover, when the seal is sealed, the water fountain roller is away from the layout and the glue is not transmitted to the water fountain roller. Later, it was found that the barrel used for the alcohol dampening solution was a barrel filled with laminating glue. The residual glue was not washed. The alcohol dissolved the residual glue and went up to the water bucket roller. When the machine was shut down at night, the glue solidified in the water. On the bucket roller, a strip of glue appeared. This kind of problem is rare in the printing house, but it should be noted that improper operation will artificially add trouble to the printing press.
2. The driving surface of a four-open offset press has a slight running phenomenon, either the paper is not in place, or the paper is too far, the difference is about 0.2mm. Check the height of the front gauge and find that the front of the transmission is a little skewed.
Analysis: The front of the transmission is skewed so that the two front gauges are not on the same straight line. When the pressure of the brush wheel is heavier, the paper is over-headed, and the paper is not in place. After adjustment, the two front gauges are on the same straight line, and there is no running rule when the machine is retested.
